First of 2 or 3 daily calls from at least 10 rotating numbers of Yonkers, NY telemarketer representing March of Dimes.
At what point does a legal loophole become harassment?

They have called me as well with different numbers....if you pick up and not say anything, no one speaks.

Got a call from this number, Caller ID says March of Dimes. We are on the DNC list too - but for the record, it does not apply to charities or political organizations, grrrrr.  We also have a household policy of not accepting telephone solicitations or surveys (or even answering the phone any more if we don't recognize the number.)
Fast reaching the ridiculously low limit for blocked calls with our service provider... time to invest a little in a good phone blocker box.

Received the first of my daily MOD calls early this morning. They're using 15 numbers or more at this point.

I have my blocker set to block the whole 914 area code.

Calls every day no one there pls don't call again!

The last 2 digits change each time they call, so there are at least 99 options for different digits.  We don't bother to block this for that reason.  Is it possible for a legitimate charity to have 99 different lines?  That doesn't seem legit.  And one time the caller ID said "MOD thank you."  Again, doesn't seem legit.  Maybe someone is just spoofing the #.  I would think that businesses and charities would lobby the government to do something because this will certainly discourage business with organizations like March of Dimes.
