This appears to be a scam...want to report.

I checked this website and when it showed up on caller ID for the third time in 2 days I answered the phone with a blast from my air horn. Never called me again!

I got a call today from this number stating to answers 3 questions and I could win a cruise to the bahama's

I did receive a call today from this number today saying I have been selected for a National Survey for Goverment Performance that would take 30s and after the survey I will have a chance to go to Carribean Cruise to Grand Bahamas.

The people I spoke Verniece Parker and Tony Perez claimed to be from Carriabean Cruise kept insisting me to give $118 for 2 for international water tax/charges.

This is a big scam and people should be aware of this.

Got the call today. Thanks for the information on this caller. I blacklisted him immediately.

They just called me but I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. SO WHAT YOU'RE TELLING ME IS THAT I JUST THREW AWAY A TRIP TO THE CARIBBEAN? lol. Glad I googled the number.

I am always amazed at the amount of calls these idiots generate, but I have fun with them...they don't realize that I AM HEARING IMPAIRED...so I begin telling them stories until my captioning services says.."Hung Up...Thank you...Goodbye..." LMBO

FACT 4 - asking/begging telemarketers to take you off their call list – you’ll get laughed at!
FACT 5 - no "class action" law suits are being filed and certainly, none are being LITIGATED.  
FACT 6 – contacting the BBB – LAUGHABLE!!!  The BBB is a corrupt organization that sells their ratings to the highest bidder.

Call blocking phones are very inexpensive $40-$60 and they come with, at least, one wireless handset.  Very, very convenient.

Uniden and Panasonic make CALL BLOCKING telephones.  They’re cheap - $40-$60 and they usually come with a 2nd wireless handset.  COSTCO & AMAZON SELL THEM.

                     They work beautifully!  These phones also block
                  “PRIVATE,” “OUT OF AREA” and "UNKNOWN" calls!!!

I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.

NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.   THEY CAN’T GET THROUGH!

We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.

NOTHING ELSE WILL STOP THESE TELEMARKETERS!

Actually the site you mentioned does not have the same number. If you look pass the area code you will see that the next 3 numbers are different. The area code and the last 4 are the same though.

Got a call - I'm on the do not call list.  I never answer a call if I don't know the phone number.  Annoying.

Google comes up with a hit for http://www.dianagouldltd.com Floral & Event Decorator. But if you go to the website, their number is actually 914-347-7134. The number that called all of us is 914-373-7134. The Google hit from a tourism site just has a typo.

Recd. a call from this number - unidentified on my caller i.d. - except as 'New York'.  Am grateful for these postings as I did not answer it, only queried it via google.  No voice mail was left.

Got a call at 1:39 EST.Didn't answer because all it said was New York.I now am in the habit of checking this web site whenever I get calls from unknown numbers.Thanks for everyone's vigilance in posting their experiences! It is soooooo very helpful!!!!! Plus, I always figure that if they can't leave a message,it's not that important!

Something to consider:  area code 914 includes Ossining, NY. Ossining is home to Sing Sing State Prison. Maybe some "guests" of the state are dong this.

More important, perhaps...when I determine a caller is not acceptable I simply block the number. Lately, instead of blocking I now forward such numbers to another number that I know is some kind of scam.

Called but I was busy so I let it go to voicemail, they hung up. Thanks for reporting this, glad I didn't stop what I was doing to answer.  I saved the number under SCAM - 97 in my phonebook. I'll know who it is next time they call.

No message but I used to live in NY but this party left no message.

So I got a call today....no message but my question is how do these people call my Non Published Private number when I am on the Do Not Call List??  Very Weird

This is certainly an unwanted call.  Such a shame, I have phone bills to pay only to have my phone used in this way.
