An utter, regular nuisance for several years.

Same as everyone else:  Multiple calls going on for years, requests to stop calling ignored, numerous complaints to National Do Not Call list accomplish nothing.  Someone on this site suggested calling the Attorney General and suing; I guess I'll give it a try, but I'm not holding out much hope.  I like the idea about calling back every time and scheduling a no-show appointment, maybe I'll try that.  Anyone else got any good ideas?

I left a cell number and asked to be contacted.  They called me the next day from 916-666-7915 to schedule an appointment.  I asked why they didn't respect the Do Not Call List.  She said she could take my number off, but it would take 4 or 5 weeks.  Unfortunately, she didn't ask what that number was ha ha.  I asked why they don't respect the list instead of us making us ask to be removed and all she could say was "I'm sorry, it's just a call center".  I wished her luck on finding a real job one day and she ended the call. I personally am going to try to swamp them with calls.  Yeah, I'm just like that :)

I have been trying to get this stopped for five years now. Have sent over 30 complaints to the Federal Trade Communision and better bureau with no relief.  What else can we do? I just found this site and didn't realize there are so many of us being harassed by these people.

How do I stop the harrassment -- daily on all three of my lines.  All are on do not call lists.

I suggest we all get together and file suit against the carrier and the company. It was successully done in England. I'm sure it has been done in the US successfully in the US as well. Also got a call from these scums. They war dial and run up your phone bill. Supposedly illegal but no one is stopping them.

We need to make an appointment and get the vehicle number and send it to better business and local law enforcement and the FTC.  They are trying to do something about this but are having trouble tracking this person. When the person arrives, get the vehicle plate number and as much information as you can. Then tell them you decided to go with another company. We need to get as much information as we can in order to help these agencies get this guy.  This is diffinately an harassment case. The media also need to be absolutely flooded with this so it can draw out others who may not realize there are others like them. This guy needs to go to prison for all the laws he has broken. I also ran across a Facebook page set up by people who are annoyed with this person, and an article published by the Sacramento news and review a couple years back. This is huge. We need to make it public.

At least 3 calls from "Ray at this #  this week........maybe more.  Am on DNC list and have filed FCC  complaint.

I am going to drive around and find empty houses on my street and ask for carpet cleaning. When you call 916-234-9398 your number shows up and they call you back. Then I am going to ask for carpet cleaning for my house (my house is all tile LOL) and tell them I want upstairs, downstairs, three cars and my garage carpet done and tell them my huge RV also needs done and it is going to take all day. Hopefully the jerks lose a days pay.

Lets all call 916-666-7915 and play back their recorded message to them or their machine!

Repeated robo-calls offering various cleaning services ... attempted to call back to ask to honor the no call list that we are on ... received recorded message that the voicemail box is full, so noway to talk to this annoyance.

I am going to see if I can get an appointment and then trash the vehicle that shows up, four flat tires and a broken windshield see to be the only thing 'Ray' will understand.

I like to call and just schedule a carpet cleaning appt. Tell them my carpets, area rugs, furniture, grout, everything needs cleaning. When they show up I just tell them I don't know what they're talking about. Yiou wanna eff with me I'll eff with you right back you pathetic wretches.

F'cking carpet cleaning company. Makes me want to head to Sacramento and shove my phone and boots up his ass.
