I too am tired of receiving calls from this number. I am on the 'do not call list' and just placed a call to this number to take my name off their phone list. I have hardwood floors, which I stated in my message to them.

The phone rings. Some girly sounding man is on a recording saying they clean carpets. You can't press 0 and get anyone or even leave a message. But if you want your carpets cleaned call 916-234-9398.. So I did call that number and left them a pretty tasty message...

Agreed. Also, leave a message and sound really interested,,and that you have a 5000 carpeted square foot house so please. call me as soon as possible at his own number... First hit *67 on your phone so it also comes as private.

He has dialers. Computer dialers you can buy them on line, he owns them. My buddy worked for him last fall. He told me that he owns them. I was at the office in roseville one night and saw the row of computers and asked what they are for. He said thats what makes the advertising calls.  So now he s calling my phone n i asked him how to get off the call list yesterday and he said fat chance. He doesn t work for him and said even if i gave him your phone number he would throw it away. He doesn t care who he calls or pisses off.   So I m going to make a appointment and not be there and keep saying wait Ill be there in 15 min. N waste the guys time in the ghetto. By the way you have the owners name wrong its not ray its kevin and he s in vegas from what i was told.

Well this is disheartening. I am so fed up with this company and their calls. I don't even have carpets! Tried numerous times to call back and get a busy signal. Ray now has "press 9 to be removed from this list" on his recording. I have done that at least three times to no avail. Finally pressed 1 to make appt but it was a recording too so I left a very angry message that I was filing a complaint. After reading through a good number of these posts I see that will be a further waste of time. And I bet Ray knows this and is why he continues. Maybe the phone company can block his number from my phone?

I have potentially good news about this company.  After months of calls (I had them on caller block, but my phone always rings once even with blocked calls) they seem to have finally stopped.    Apparently the BBB has tried to contact them and both phone calls and snail mail are returned undelivered.  So it's entirely possible that this company has gone under.  We can only hope.

Here's an idea...since no one seems able to shut this a**hole down, maybe we should just go after his carrier (the business that manages the 916-234 exchange), "O1 Communications, Inc." The CEO's name is Brad Jenkins. Their company address is O1 Communications, 5190 Golden Foothill Parkway, El Dorado Hills, California 95762. Phone number is 888-444-1111. Each time you get a call from "Ray" (or any other name at the same Carpet cleaning company), send an invoice for one hour of your time, at your professional rate, due in 30 days, to O1 Communications. Address it to Mr. Jenkins. If they fail to pay, send them another, with another hour of your time billed. Eventually, they'll get so bombarded by these, that they'll have no choice but to shut that a**hole down.

We've been getting calls from these [***] too.

He owns them, runs them and will continue to make calls and not give a [***] about the DNC list.
The phone lines are through Comcast.
The company in Eldorado Hills, CA has nothing to do with Kevin Jay Calvin.
If somebody says we use an advertising company, they are lying. My friend Kevin worked KC in Sept last year.
KC is a tweek; he moves from office to office every 3 months to skip out on all of the bills.
He is only in it to make the money.

Honest business's do use it, however some of these guy's do not care! Scammers,fraud,extortionist do not obey any laws so why would they use it?

The more calls reported, the more these outfits have files against them, sooner or later they do caught, sooner or later they get fined or sent to jail, sooner or later they get sued.

Same as above: Ray with carpet, tile and furniture cleaning experts. Clean one room for $9.95. Also wood floor cleaning. etc. We're on do not call list.

this prick has called 2 - 3 x....I am going to find out who they are and do my best to report them.

I have also done what was suggested above - that is make an appointment and give a fictious address.I will call them often to see if a live body answers....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH LOW-LIFE'S LIKE THIS!!

This guy has a long history of stealing jewelry from the homes he is cleaning, running out on enormous office bills, not paying his employees and running off with the money.  He has a habit of bilking money from unsuspecting and vulnerable women. He uses his Magic Jack number to solicit business by phone in each area he relocates and seems to move frequently to keep ahead of those he has ripped off.  He ranges from the Bay Area to Tahoe in California....all the way down to Texas.  Don't let him in your home, he is a CON ARTIST.
