    I would just block them if you don't like the way they conduct business, to send a message that their conduct is unacceptable. Email the survey!

    I am still parked in front of Verizon  Store after going in to get info on keeping them from cancelling my Verizon Cloud, they said due to nonuse). They said I would lose all pics in it.
    I have 5 free gigs & have used less than 1/2 of a gig.  If Cloud is storing my pictures for me, then how am I not using it?
    My ph rang w above nr & Calif as ID. I didn't  ans & they left no msg.
    I was pleased w service from Morgan, in the store, but not the 611 call to customer svc, who said they couldn't  access my acct to retain the Cloud storage!   Duh......Anyway, I'm not calling them back. Morgan took care of it for me, & their survey is prob for the 611 call svc.

    It comes from Verizon, but shows up as SPAM.  You would think they could figure that out.

    Called my wife's cell twice in less than 10 minutes. If they left a message, we will never know as my wife can't remember her password. I did try to get it reset with Verizon but, they make the process nearly impossible to navigate so I just gave up.

    Verizon survey on how the rep was when I called them. It was automated but they only asked if I was happy with the rep, did he resolve the issue & what he could do to improve. They didn't ask for any personal info. They always call right after I've contacted them.
