I didn't answer because it showed on CID as "unavailable".  If I knew it was Verizon, I would have answered.  After seeing the responses here, I called back and did the customer satisfaction survey.

Called the number is unlisted. Blocked Now.

I got the same thing.. first 2 question were yes or no answers. With out thinking I answered them.  With the recent turn of events you'd have thought Verizon wireless would have charged their survey response format..GO FIGURE???

Verizon customer satisfaction survey.  Seems legit, I was on a call with Verizon earlier to resolve a billing question.
I got two calls, the second time a message was left in my voicemail with a call back number.

This is customer service from Verizon wireless they called all hours of the night morning I have absolutely no respect

I got the call shortly after I changed my plan. Thank you

Ummm... Because no one claimed that the ***number*** was unknown!!!

Of course the number is known.  How else would people know what number they are complaining about.

Try reading the complaints again.  People have been complaining about not knowing who owns this number, and the fact that the caller is not known, using phrases like "unknown caller", "unknown name"  and "unknown ID",  Where did you see anyone use "unknown number" accept for your comment?

I chatted with Verizon about blocking spam/robo/criminals calls and then got a call from this number with no identification.  It is blocked.

I don't want follow up calls  I have wonderful service every time I call  especially today thank you  I don't want any more calls

So if you work for Verizon why doesn't this number indicate they are Verizon. No one answers calls from numbers they don't know. I called Verizon tonight and got a very personal text message after that I tried to respond to and it was rejected. I am an Alltel legacy customer...been with Verizon for 18 years and completely happy.

Verizon Wireless calling for evaluation customer service call I'd placed to them earlier.

Two calls from this number.  I assume it was Verizon as I had called three times before this and got cut off twice.  Probably a good thing I had the number blocked.  My response would not have been good.

Verizon satisfaction survey. Glad they called. I had an amazing rep and I was happy to give her a great rating.

Stop calling my number I'm a minor at school and you called me twice if I don't answer stop calling!  If you keep calling I will have to report you.
