Received a call from this # for the first time today as well as another telemarketer. Both call came in on the house line which is not given out since we all have cell phones. Actually only for an emergency contact number.  Am on the "do not call list" and that is the biggest joke out there. Submitted a complaint a few months back from 45 calls received in 6 days from a known scam telemarketer. Received a letter 2 weeks later that my claim was unfounded and no action will be taken against the company. Guess that our government is no longer for the people but favors business.

yeah they just called me. and i think they log these messages cause i spam blocked the first number they called me on..not even 10 minutes later i get the same call yet from a different area code, yet with the same visa offer.

just recieved a call from this number claiming i have free gift cards

Got several Robocalls with a woman's voice on my naswering machine. Caller ID:  Survey Rewards 1-917-398-5596. She said she was sorry she missed me, gave me thanks and praise for taking their automated survey and wanted to let me know that as a thank you for participating, I've been selected to receive $20 in Visa gift cards, and to give them a call back at 855-556-2220  toll free. Twenty dollars. Great. I can go see a movie. By myself.

I know what led to this. I called HP customer service about a week ago and spoke to a lady from India. After our business, she asked me if I could stay on the line and take an HP customer survey. I said sure because she was so helpful. I took the survey and it was automated. Big mistake. Now all these automated survey calls are comming out of the woodwork.

I too registered my cell phone number on the "do not call" list.  However, this number continues to appear on my cell phone.  If I answer, there's a long wait with no one speaking ~ I hang up.  Now I have learned to recognize the number and don't answer at all.  But, they leave a "voice mail" telling me to call an 800 number to receive  $20.00 on my Visa card.  PLEASE ~ CAN ANY ONE STOP THIS?  It's a SCAM and a nuisance

After I did a survey, the calls started. You can't complete the survey unless you post a phone.Also, the survey never ended, just repeated the same questions.   I never answer this phone and do not leave the answering machine on. I use it for outgoing calls.
Lesson learned, don't do surveys.

i also did a wal mart survey and then recieved calls from this number, but I never answer numbers that aren't on my caller id and no message was left...

They just called me after i did a survey. She was talking for like 3 mins. She asked my name then she was about to ask my street address then i hanged up. I was scared of getting scam

Calling no answer. Reported to the concerned parties to take corrctive actions

you entered your number in the survey websites to try and get something free, that is how they got your number. dont play dumb. and if you didnt, someone entered it in for you.

I have had my cell number for quite a number of years with no problems. I don't give out numbers or do surveys. I am one of the more- know whats around you/ alert type of person, I guess. If you come to my door, I don't know you, I don't answer. So when this dumbAzz number called and left a vm about 20 or more gift card, it was totally obvious that it was a scam. Good try losers. The text I got before that call said I'd won 100 gift card. I guess the more time you take to call back the more money you lose? LOLz    ;)

Even if on a DO NOT CALL list, you need to use a Block Caller service from your phone company.  It's a small added expense, but well worth using especially if you don't want calls at any time of the day or night.  Also get in the habit of not answering every single call that comes your way.  Use your answering machine to screen all of your calls.  Don't answer if you don't recognize the number!

Called at 9:30 am. Did not answer but they did leave a recorded message.  I won a $40 Visa gift card.  Whoopee!  I have been on Do Not Call for years but the unwanted calls seem to be increasing.  At least Caller ID helps.

Please stop calls from this number and 8555562220.  These calls are from  telemarkerters.
