Public records.  They can get anything on anyone now - via the internet.  No privacy anymore!

Ignoring these calls!  And trying to block them.  I am already working with the U.S. Education Dept. on paying off ParentPlus Loans owed. Repayment plan schedule has been setup directly with the legitimate office.  Not going to give any so called "education collection agency" any type of information regarding my personal business.

I don't answer calls whose number I don't know!

Got same call

Computerized voice says something during outgoing message.  Never leaves message after beep.

No message left. Never answer their calls.

They can't do a damn thing about it. I love [***] with bill collectors. Especially when they call asking about neighbors.

Only calls but no messages left.  If in fact this company is collecting for the Department of Education, I'd suggest dealing with the Department directly to make any arrangements.  Do not deal with agencies like this one because they get a percentage if they get you to sign up with their plans, thus payments are higher.

This is an automated dialing system.  I actually called it to cancel a series of unsolicited faxes for vacation discounts that my business kept getting.  If you don't have a fax and are getting calls, they are just selling vacation packages.

Didn't answer and no voice mail. Don't know and don't care.

I received a call from someone claiming to be "Performance Technology" stating she was trying to reach so-and-so and do I have a phone number for this person. The woman wouldn't say what it was about. She repeated several times she is with Performance (or Performant?) Technology. When I asked if they were a collections agrncy, she said "No."

I did a search and the phone # is coming up as a collections agency but the company name Performance Technology is for a racing car engine company (so I guess it's Paerformant). Sounds shady.

Been calling me for months now. Never leaves a voicemail. Guess I should block them.

I GET THE SAME MESSAGE. IT IS VERY ANNOYING

PERFORMANT keeps looking for someone. They have the wrong number.  Answering their automated prompts does not stop the calls.  I submitted an FCC complaint today.

I don't want them calling me it's a scam, please investigate.

If they are a legitimate debt collector, why no leave a message?
