This number keeps calling, does not answer when I pick or nor leave voice mails.

This creepy woman called twice when I was in school and did not leave a message

Robo caller they Keep calling. They are asking for someone that does not live here. I pushed all the right buttons and got a live person. Told them they had wrong number. They said they would remove my number. Two days later they started calling again!

Have received calls from this number at different times of the day. Will be a message while my answering machine is telling them to leave a message. Hang up as soon as that is done.  Also believe it says this is not a sales pitch. Harassment to say the least. Take away their rights to use any type of electronic equipment for a life time. No hand outs from the government because they can't get a job. Illegals go home and harass the people in your own countries.
