It is 10k per incident.  Each case of 10k you file with them that paid S&S.  Obviously there are a bunch of competitors and attorney's trying to make a quick buck giving the wrong advice here.  The company is out of business.  There is no money.  It all went to keeping worthless employees keeping them too long believing that one day they would turn a profit.  My fault.  I have to go back to work to pay the bonding company.  I am making about $2,000 per month.  I would have loved to pay everyone and tried to turn it around.  With sites like this and competitors trying to steal employees and showing them the things that they typed in here themselves it is hard to combat.

There must be a way to put these guys in jail for what they are doing. It's stealing flat out. The salesman that did me was Mike Evans. If there is a pending lawsuit let me know I will gladly send a letter to the judge.

To do third party debt collections in the state of Texas, being domestic, there is no said license.  However, you do register a bond with the state.  I called on theirs, South Coast Surety, and they do in fact have it.  Everyone needs to learn how to look things up on the internet and get facts so you do not sound so pathetic.

They have collected for us as well, according to the Customers they did. We hired them in 2010 also. We have not seen a penny. It's tough being a small business owner in Va.it's bad enough getting screwed by our customers, that we consider to be friends. But when you get screwed by a collection agency, What the hell? So has anyone hired another agency to collect from them.
