Received a call today 8-16-11 at 2:29 p.m.  I was not home, but was expecting phone calls.  When I tried to use my phone (landline) I discovered they left their phone device off the hook!  I am thoroughly disgusted-have an elderly mother who is having multiple medical problems at this time, and we don't afford ourselves the luxury of cell phones.  I certainly hope someone shuts this place down!

maybe someone should bring these fools to the attention of Dateline since they seem to be doing follow ups on various scams.  The obscene language some of you have experienced is mind blowing.  i seriously doubt that the Do Not Call list is going to do anything or even the FTC.  Local police probably just dismiss this.  Try contacting a local tv station that has an "on your side" venue.  Good luck to all, i just don't answer my phone, don't need or want the stress.  If it's important callers will leave a message.  Otherwise just ignore the calls!!!!

Get these calls every day, want to lower your interest rate, when you tell them to stop calling then they call you very bad names, won't give you any info about who they are and as I stated they are very rude and overbearing!

Rude caller...can't get them to stop calling.

Same problem: they call, I press 9 to speak with someone (to ask them to remove me from their list), and as soon as I ask, the person hangs up on me. I am keeping a VERY loud whistle next to the phone for the next time that I "press 9 to speak with a representative".

To the moderator of this site, please inform your 972-300-0001 client of this message. He/she deserves to be notified. I am happy to be notified that the calls will stop and I will whistle the dogs home.

They called today (9/11) of all days to call people and bother them. I wish these crad card lower your interest rate scammers would stop calling me & phishing for my info.  I give absoposilutely NO ONE my info over the phone.  If a credit card co wants to lower my interest rate they can  DO a Nike and JUST DO IT without bothering me.  UGHHHHH

Also, keep getting calls from 972-300-0001. I am on the DO NOT CALL list but it does not seem to matter.
There was a message left saying that I could lower my interest rates on my home mortgage.  They call plenty of times but do not usually leave a message. I see the number is out of Texas. I did try to call back to get them not to keep calling but all I got was a fax machine noise screaming in my ear. Something should be able to be done about this legally!

When I told them I wanted the name of the company so I could call the Attorney General he said "F**k You B****h. They say they need to reduce the interest on my credit card..I don't have a credit card. He said he was from Financial services out of Oregon. I said funny your number is out of Texas and you sound middle eastern. I got the FU again. These people are criminals trying to get your information.

This call is from a Phishing Company that also has many other Phone Numbers. Do Not answer these calls. You may find Hefty Charges to your Phone Bill just for answering & NEVER give out any Personal, Financial or Credit Card Info

Card Services - Rachael, offering to do something great with my credit card accounts. Pushed 9 to speak to live operator and told person that this number is on do not call list and to make sure removed. Disconnected but at least no swearing like others have received.

It is Rachel form Cardholder Services! This is a scam! They don't know who they are susposed to be calling! They are fishing for info! "We're calling form your credit card company Visa or MasterCard," pretty all encompassing guys! Can't even tell me who I am supposed to be! Trying to get info!  Cardholder Service guys take note, you are Asswipess! It is a scam, you are not real or the right persons!  You are a scammer! You all should quit! Are you even getting paid? Yes, I got the same call today from 972-300-0001 - The guy told me he had my CC balances and that they had been received from Experian.  Experian will be receiving a phone call from me today.

I have been on the stop calling list for a while now. I found the best way to do it is just don'y answer if your caller Id doesn't show a name or you don't know the number. Let the jerks listen to my answering machine if that floats their boat.
