I got a call too from (978) 570-2411 and my Caller ID said TSS Inc. They're a telecommunications company in Florida, but it could be some other company with the same name. Called, I let the machine pick up, and they left no message. Have no idea why they called..

Left no message on machine. I called them back and followed the directions for me to be placed on DO NOTCALL LIST. That is strange because I have been on it for years.

they called and when I didn't answer, the caller apparently was annoyed, because the only voice mail said "F*ing...: and the voice trailed off.  Very nice.

Called me today, I didn't answer

Unknown number with no CNAM  = spam = no answer from me.

I got a call and he asked me do you have smoke detectors. I said I am sorry can you please take me off the list..."Ms. this is not a sales call, this is just a survey." So I replied "I would rather not participate thank you." Then he told me to "[***] off" I was SHOCKED. Of course I tried calling the number back and got some automated message...Are you KIDDING ME!!! To call me at home in the middle of my dinner to tell ME to [***] off...I swear some people need to just quit their day jobs.....Jerks...

Golly Gee.....According to the foreigner who called me tonight from 1-978-570-0241 (Caller ID - TSS INC), I just won a home security system, but they wanted me give information my current setup first. I mentioned the Do Not Call list and she hung up. After hanging up, I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call website.

I got this phone call yesterday and it said wilmington,ma on my calller id and the person said does anyone smoke in your house or something like that i dont know because i didnt unterstand him and i once got a call like this but from a different number and that when they left a message i played elevator music that sounded like jordin sparks song "One Step At A Time"

I just got a call from this number (978-570-2411) and answered it. Just said hello and the heavily accented guy said hello then HUNG UP on me! It is usually me who hangs up. He didnt even get into the reason of the call. Oh well. I woulda hung up on him anyway.

Gotta love these scamers...btw don't believe me give them real info an watch they will screw you over faster than a 10 second love session on prom night.

Was expecting my cable compahy to call me back.  

Got a call from this number.  When I answered, I just heard a few seonds of elevator music, and it hung up.

I wonder if they are just seeing what numbers are operable.

got a purplemail from the caller and did reverse phone to find out who the hell is and found info on this website  ,again purplemail is a service for deaf users who uses videophone by hovrs.com

My Caller ID says it is TSS Inc.

wife and I both received calls within 10mins of each other on our separate cell phones. How the hell did they get our numbers, they are not close enough that a random number search could have got them.Must be Verizon selling our numbers out?

No one said a thing ,could hear people in the background.

Got the call just a while ago.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on my answering machine.

No one should give ANY information to ANYONE about the condition of their home security. It is NO ONE's business whether or not you have smoke detectors or ANY other type of home security.  A burglar could set this up to extract information looking for soft targets.  DON'T GIVE OUT ANY INFO.
