I am getting phone calls from them but ive asked them what they think i owe and they say that it aint none of the people in my house ,i gave them all the names of the people living here and they cant find anything. but they keep calling me. I pay my bills and pay them on time. My home is paid for so is all my vehicles and i dont have any doctor bills either. My phone number used to be someone elses and i keep getting collection calls for them and i gave them that name but they said it wasnt him either. They smarted me off the first time they called because i wasnt home ,i called them back soon as i found the number on my box and she told me i advise you to answer the phone when they call you back. [***]. I told her i wasnt home. They called back today and i answered and i heard her say hello hello it sounded like a cellphone and it cut off. I called them straight back. This man answered i explained the circumstances and he transferred me to someone else that had a voicemail. I left a message and they dont call me back , what do i do?

Does anyone have an address for Z and A?  They have not abided by my wishes and keep calling old phone numbers. I've given them the correct phone number to call and still they do what they want for a small balance. I've been paying the company I owe directly because I refuse to deal with a company which is so completely rude and heinous - they know this and can see the payments yet they continue to call. They also don't think I know it's illegal for GE Capital to collect the money and for Zwicker to also try to collect on the same debt!

I highly doubt that many, if any, of the representatives calling make 100k a year or they wouldn't be so irrational when calling for fear of losing that cushy salary. Most of them sound as ignorant and destitute as everyone struggling to pay their bills.

As for the other high and mighty group of people who've never fallen on hard times, why are you commenting on this page?  You're too good to associate with people who struggle so why don't you just stay away before our plague of "overspending" spreads to you and yours?  Go harass someone else. We get enough of it from Zwicker and Associates!  You apparently have way too much time as well as money to go searching for people who are struggling to make them feel worse. Get a life!

Just called 3 times in last few minutes. We are on the do not call list so they should not be calling. Did not answer.

Defending Michelle is like defending Hitler. Don't know how you do it or why you do it, it is just wrong.

Unemployment rates are bad all over, and remaining jobless for months to years is the NORM.  

You pay for food and shelter, clothes and health care and transportation while working part time while looking for a decent job. Then, if anything is left you pay this creditor $20 on a minimum payment of $100, because thats all there is.

That creditor sees reality, does a credit hit on you and takes the loss, then sells the debt to a company like Zwiker.
Then someone like a Michelle, who has been brainwashed, or threatened or just happens to be born a bully thinks it is ok to call multiple times per day, calling even after being asked not to call, and calling even after the borrower requests in writing all future contact be in writing. And why continue the pressure? Because people like you, Mr. Bitter, are standing behind them saying what a good little Nazi you are.

This guy is a criminal. Got two felony convictions and lost his law license. He hires a wino lawyer who still has his license to sign the false claims he files against innocent people - he isn't needed in our society of hardworking honest people for the most part. Why hasn't he been incarcerated as a permanent resident to keep him away from hurting folks like us?  He's been harassing me for the past two years several  times a week with his computer generated phone calls. Why does our govt allow scum like this to cause problems for good people to satisfy his dishonest greed?  Unfortunately we live in a "nobody care society".

I am having issues with Zwicker and Associates myself. I allowed my issue to goto garnishment.That allowed my employer to have the oversight on the entire case of how much money Zwicker and Associate gets. The funny thing is that they only got two weeks worth of money. My wife and I set up a child support garnishment that supercedes the garnishment that Zwicker and Associates gets,  All I can say to Zwicker and Associates is sorry and kiss my butt.

I have been getting calls from them for years because we share the same last name with someone they are looking for.  It would be nice if they did some leg work and actually call the people responsible instead of calling people with the same last name!

I just got a call which started "this call is being recorded. I'd like to speak to David Noble please."
Since I don't know Mr. Noble I told him so and hung up.

The caller didn't say who he was or why he was calling, but I see from other reports here that it is a collection agency.

This call was from Massachusetts.

Hi i am so Excited click here i just found this site were Zwicker is advertizing for people to come and work for them as collectors and it specific says that they are using this to Communicate with consumers to collect on past due credit card balances through a dialer system
