I got a call from them recently. I don't even know how they got my number because only my family knows it. So far it's only been once and I think they actually did leave a message which was for a male that I don't even know. I've also been other calls from other collecting agency's lately which is so annoying.

Chris Canterberry called ID # 978.686.2255 Identified himself as a case worker for the law firm of Zwicker & Associates.  said if I did not set up a payment plan with them a lean would be put on my taxes and wages garnished.  Is this guy for real?

Zwicker and Assoc have been calling my daughter in ref to a bill debt and I was trying to help her with it and now they are calling my cell phone.  My daughter has moved out and living in another address in another county.  When I did try to negociate with them they were very rude and threatend to garnish her wages. The debt is an unsecured dept.  I have received 3 calls from them today on my cell.  My daughter has spoken with them and already told them not to call me.

never let them know you knows, but to file for anyone to file for wage garnishments or liens they must do so in the county where YOU live.  No one in another state can file the paperwork and certified court documents without appearing in person, at the court house and signing before a court clerk!  don't let them bully you

They left some strange message: "um no, he actually was having me deliver your message when I was seeing you, but I was just not seeing you, but are ya'll seeing each other?"

i too recieved a similar call. I didnt give them anything yet. should i disregard them?

This number has called me on my cell phone 10 times in the past 30 minutes.  They never leave a message and I will not answer a call from someone that I don't know.

calls from this number up to 10 times a day.  Caller Id states out of area, I do not answer for this number.  Rude people, this is a business and not an individual.  can't get them to stop, have sent letters telling them not to call this number.  stopped the calls for a couple of months and now they are starting again.......

This kind of site is why I love the Internet...  

I've started getting calls from Zwicker and Associates about collecting delinquent debt.  The problem is that all my accounts are up to date and I even checked my credit report to be sure.

Recieved a call from this number, He told my brother that if he pulled money out his ass to pay them they dont want it because it smells like [***]... Isnt this a busines? Isnt that unprofessional?? Completetly rude, dont anyone give them money!!!

Whew -- They called me and told me I needed to "cooperate."  I gave them my name and asked what I owed (believe me, after college - I'm still finding weird little pockets of debt - I <3 Blockbuster!).  They didn't have my name and asked for my social.  I refused -- if I owed money, shouldn't they have my name?  They have my phone number, but refused to say what name was associated with the number.  They were incredibly rude - very insulting, demanding and intimidating.  Puh-lease!

zwicker and asst, is a law firm i was sued by them and i do have a lien on my house and my check was garnished which caused me to lose my job... please hear them out!! they are not fooling around!

I don't have an Amex card or owe anybody anything. I think they may be looking for my ex-brother-in-law. I've gotten other collections that have called for him. I don't know how they got my number though. He would never use me as a reference cause I never liked him. Anyway, if they call I'll answer it and give them his parents' address and phone number so they can harrass them instead. LOL!

Most of us here can seen thru a fake report posted by a debt collector.  Nice try.

Everyone remember that it doesn't matter if a debt collector is a lawyer or not: THEY ARE ALL BOUND BY THE SAME DEBT COLLECTION LAWS! Make sure you defend your rights!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when they call simply ask for the last four digits of the social security # that they are calling about and if no match thell them to go fishing somewhere else they are just calling phone #'s with matching or close names in phone listings.

These people call nearly every day and sometimes only let
the phone ring two times.  They know I am on a dissability
check but badger me nearly every day anyway.  You can't garnish a dissability check or retirement check. OJ was sued for millions but people just like the Goldmans badger me nearly every day anyway.  They may be drawing an unemployment check if the FBI ever raids their office.
