    • There is this thing called a web search, where you can input several 'keywords' or phrases and it will give you the most relevant results of those words/phrases.     • it is against the law- O.C.G.A. 16-9-51 to not surrender the collateral. They generally Order a Garnishment (-A court-ordered process that takes property from a person to satisfy a debt.) If you disobey a Court Order, you can go to jail for that, but not because you don't have the collateral

    • The phrase "least sophisticated consumer" was to my recall the original. Judge Wolfson has used the "debtor" version liberally in her opinions on the two cases against the medical collector in which the insurance coverage language was contested. She's also found other examples in her own case...
