- You can try but chances are slim to none since the creditor has basically sold your debt. Pay it off in full when you receive a billing statement from the collection agency. Bad debt transferred to a collection agency become re-aged. Never let a debt in collection remain unpaid after 90 days....

- There is this thing called a web search, where you can input several 'keywords' or phrases and it will give you the most relevant results of those words/phrases. - it is against the law- O.C.G.A. 16-9-51 to not surrender the collateral. They generally Order a Garnishment (-A court-ordered process that takes property from a person to satisfy a debt.) If you disobey a Court Order, you can go to jail for that, but not because you don't have the collateral
