Payday Loan Scam

just thinking if they can't stop this ,because it overseas , why dont we do the same to them just thinking

Received 3 calls from a 773-902-1509 within minutes of eachother telling me I need to return the call the VERY SECOND  I receive the message. Very heavy middle eastren accent could barely understand the message he finally left.
Went to work an hour later an was given another # 610-717-1809 an the boss said the guy had a heavy accent and told him loads of info that should not have been told to him were this a real case. The calls came at around the same time.
I tried calling both #'s and all they do is ring an ring.
A couple months ago I had gone thru the same thing with a different #.  Thankfully that time I was so pissed with the things the guy said I refused to tell him anything an that if he was from the company I had orginally gone thru then he would have all needed info.  He wanted a copy of DL,SS,paystub, and various other info. I laughed . Called the orginal company and they reassured me  nothing was wrong with my acct. and I was being scammed an to not give them any info.

I heard you can *59 or 69..not sure which..to block your number.. and then call and call and call.. let them see how it feels!  If everybody that reads your post could do it to every number posted on this site.. well.. we could drive them crazy! Then blow a whistle or an airhorn. Blow the dot right off his forhead! And PLEASE pass it on to everyone you talk to here.. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!!
I can't believe how many people get scared and just give them all of their banking information. That is what keeps these scammers doing what they're doing.

Got a call from one of these " ____, the very second you recieve this call you or your attorney of record must contact me at blah blah blah" calls. I called him back just to have a little fun. I made fun of his accent and asked him if this sh#t really worked for him. He got all pissed and told me he was my daddy and he was screwing my mommy. LOL. He wouldn't say that if he had seen my mom. It's been going on for a year now, and I've reported it to every agency I can. They will never stop, it's like they think we Americans will forget we called them on their bs next month. Change your number if you want it to stop and make it unlisted and unpublished, it's the only way. I just use them as a source of occasional entertainment. It's fun to get into a "your momma is so fat and ugly' rant with them, they are totally f#@kin stupid. It does however amaze me just how stupid we as a nation have become to fall for this crap and give these jokers money and info. Shame on us all, get an education and stop screwin around in school people, take your head out of your @ss.

It amazes me as well that people fall for this crap. If you think back though on your initial very first call..I know it scared the bejesus out of me. My mind was going a thousand miles an hour thinking.. maybe..I don't think i owe anybody money..but maybe I do.. I DON'T WANT TO GO TO JAIL!!!  I briefly, for a minute or two considered paying them. Once i got off the phone and calmed down, then did alittle research, common sense kicked in. I realized how crazy they sounded. How very little info they actually gave me. Thank god i found this site! It saved me alot of heartache and MONEY!  I hope that we can do the same for others before they make the big mistake. I cringe everytime I read " I gave them my account information". "What do I do?"  ARGHHHHHH!!  You better get your ass to the bank asap and change accounts or they will clean you out!!

Joshua Black give me a call, a couple of weeks ago and today. I told him then that I only had one loan that had been paid off. He give me the exact date that I received that loan. I give him the day that I paid it off. He did not want to listen so I talk told that I may had made a mistake and that I will call him back after I talk to the bank. I call the bank and verified that everything that I already know was true. Then I also called the loan company to make sure that it was taken care of and the told me the same thing as the bank ( they was a day a head of the bank but same week) But today I received a call again and I told them that they was not getting any money from me and that I had all doc. that I need so they can take me to court. They tried to argue with me but I got a important phone call from my nephew school. But when I tried to call them back they want answer now. I am ready for them.

I just experience the same thing from a so called mediation service Marcello & Camarillo.  They use verbage such as DAs office, filed in court, Class C misdemenor, suing you, and fraud as scare tactics.  They also tell you to pay them by debit card or credit card before the end of the day or you wil go to court the next day.  They can't provide the name of the payday loan company they are supposeldy collecting for either.  The number that comes up on caller ID is 1-800-642-1084 or Restricted, the name they use is Owen Shore.

has anyone received a call from roger lewis from national process servers inc. he called my job yesterday a co-worker gave me the message that he said i was being sued and had to go to court. well he called again and i answered he told me he was coming to my place of employent in 20 minutes to serveme some papers. it was a about a payday loans from cash net usa i had taken out last year and didnt pay back. i got scared. he also said that they had traced the ip address and since i had done it at work that he was needing my supervisors signature as well. there number is 877-291-4417 ext 701. in order to stop him i needed to call 877-405-4615 ext 107 and make an arragement only then he would get a release notice.

i think i made a couple of them commit suicide.  i got a call from a john stanley and i started playing with them and told them i put a voodoo spell on them and started playing with their mind after about 20 minutes he started praying all of sudden he hung up....about an hour later i called them back and a "john peterson answered he sounded frightend so i played with him a while and he hung up so i called several times in a row just to mess with them until he started crying.  so everyday call them back just to start my day with a little fun.  just to put my masters in psycology to use.

Yes I been dealing with also.  When they call me at work. I do not tell them anything. When they call me at home. I have a whistle  and I blow it into the phone. Every time they call. Hope they get the message. Or they get tired of calling and getting a large headacke.  If the FBI and the goverment agency know that this is going on. They need to STOP it and yes they can. They need to try harder to do so.  Thanks.

I also got this call. Scared the daylights out of me at first, because I am currently digging my way out of debt (thank you college credit cards and stupid self!). I went looking for info and found this. Same thing - Joshua Black, Parker and Parker, etc etc. Thanks so much for the info! I wasn't going to give them anything - just didn't feel right and the name doesn't go with such an accent - but it is nice to know I'm not risking anything.
