Pay day loan debt scam

Great, my tax dollars are being used.to have the FBI investigate your debt. That's ridiculous. WAKE UP! These people have all your information because their reading off your loan application. Why don't yall "cowboy up" and pay your debt instead of letting it go for years then calling the collectors scammers. These loan companies liquidate your debt by selling it to collectors because you bums never pay on time creating financial problems for everyone that has to carry your load. Get real. BTW I actually got on here to complain about being called over and over again on a wrong number for some debtor.

They contacted me also.  Since you have a FBI agent on them I wanted to give you the information of another fraud company trying to pull the same scam.  Phone number 804-454-2600.  They say the name of their company is NAS (Nation Affidavit Support).  I spoke with a Janice and Keith they were nasty to us.  Origanially a Steve Marshall left a message but when you try to contact and ask for him, he is never available.  They are located in Chester, Va.

How about you actually read what people have written before spewing your nonsense. The HUGE majority of folks on here NEVER had a payday loan at all. Some applied for and didn't accept the monies, and some people didn't apply for a loan at all, but were merely refernces for other people. The scammers have used skip tracing to get further info on refs. Your dumb ass isn't paying for anyone elses' debts as it pertains to this  Indian extortion ring. It's a scam and you're an idiot Mark.

India does not equal Al-Quaida, smartass. If you paid the least bit of attention, you would see that the majority of people are being called by people with thick INDIAN accents. No one said they were extremist Muslim terrorists. Pathetic, narrow-minded idiot!

Got the same messsage as all of your above....heavy accent....claiming I owe money on a loan....even called my family stating they were trying to find me with regard to owing a loan....number called was 646 820 7241.   I just ignore the idiots.  Work for a large law firm.   I think I will head for the DA's office this week.  Sick and tired of the embarassing phone calls.

I keep getting these same type of phone calls. It has been six months since they started. At one point they did take money out of my checking account. I had to contact my bank and close the account. I have contacted the police and no one seems able to help me. Please tell me what I can do to get them to stop.

Seems the question is where are the documents? When I asked them to send me documents, they became very frustrated and started telling that they would contact my employer and let them know the "crimes" I had committed. This scam seems to go on forever. I did make the mistake of filling out an online payday loan application. Once I did that, the calls started. First from California, then Virginia, then D.C. and now someplace else. It's been over six months, and I've never recieved any paper work, just the calls. Now I tell them that I'm keeping them on the phone so the FBI can trace the call, that seems to get them off the phone.

My husband keeps getting these calls too, they claim to be some officer and they are investigating my husband for fraud. They call from a number in Texas 214-446-4767 with the name Justin Cocker. Not sure what to do. They claim he has old payday loans not paid but won't give any info just say they are going to summons him next day. How can this go on. I just don't understand.

I received a call from this number except it showed on my caller ID as 212-608-68720 which I know is not a legitimate number. It was a man with a heavy accent claiming to be from a fraud division of a company called Advance Mutual Cash. He claimed I had borrowed money from this company in December 2010 and now they are wanting me to pay them back or they are filing charges on me. I told him not only had I never heard of this company I have certainly never borrowed money from them. They had all my correct personal information including my checking account. They have been reported to the FBI, FTC and my bank. I just received another call from a 212-408-74524. ( I know not a real number.) I do believe they are trying to scare me into paying them some money. My checking account has also been closed. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!Reply !

Anyone receice a call from 16667135606? a lady leaves a message stating her name is sarah jones and needs to talk to you in an urgent matter and didn't want to leave a voive mail, so you need  to call them back at a different number. this is the number they leave 15168333218. when you ask for sarah jones, they tell you that she is only there to contact you and that the matter at hand can be dealed with the person who answers...does that sound like a scam?

I am getting those calls too. Saying they have all my info. and they threating me to take to jail? I told them I didnt have any money of theirs and I never heard of them. They to me I had two opp One was to pay $246. or go get charges against me. They call from all diff types of numbers. I have one from Fla And Ny. Sick Of it.
