Pay day loan debt scam

I am going through this right now. I  told them I would pay the whole debt if they would just send me documentation of what they're saying i owe. But they said they were under the impression i already know what this is about and they have nothing they can give me. I asked for contact information for someone at Sagamore and was told i couldn't have that information.  The guy even told me I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, but I wasn't going to get it. Shawn Stewart called me on 720-446-0650 (a Colorado Number ), but was told to call him back at 928-515-0195 (an Arizona number). I advised him that I want to take care of any debts I owe, but the fact that he won't give me any documentation makes this feel very sketchy to me. And if they want to take me to court instead of providing me with documentation,  that's on them. I don't think I'll be hearing from Shawn or Sagamore anymore.

The only thing I can think of to reply to Wrong[***] is that she need to be upwind when they burn the big weed patch they just busted, that way she won't be adrift in the breeze and wander around unsupervised!!!

Keep getting payday loan scam calls!  They call from all different types of bogus numbers.  I did NOT apply for any type of a payday loan and just keep blocking and ignoring these criminals.  Latest number is 786-404-1691.

Did they ever called u back ?

I received a call from 731-410-2847 and a message was left on my phone. I called it back and spoke with a woman named Terri Hall. When I asked where was she located she hung up. I called back again waited for almost 15 minutes for someone to pick up the line. She gave me an address of their headquarters 7209 E. WT Harris Blvd, Charlotte NC. 28227. I looked the address up online and nothing was located there pertaining to anything legal. I call back and a Steve Anderson answered the phone, I asked for Terri Hall and he put me on hold and someone has yet to answer the phone. I am on hold on my cell phone for over 30 minutes. Also when I asked for the location, Terri said that she was in Crockett County TN and couldn't disclose their location.

I received several calls from someone who claims I took a payday loan with Sagamore too in June 2010!!!!   Now 8 years later they want over $3200.00 and I told them I did not take the loan and I asked for their fax or mailing address and she asked me if I was trying to scam her what a laugh that is exactly what she is doing!!!!  I hagte that they have your information!  I sent my attorney another email about them.  They are a scam but pretty good at it...

Do not answer phone number you don't know or name get caller I'd and answering machine.
