I am going to assume you are not a shill, and that all of this is new to you.
Did the statement representative tell you that you can't believe everything you read on the Internet ? GOOD !!
Did the statement representative tell you that you can't believe everything you hear over the phone from a stranger who claims you owe his business money ? OF COURSE NOT !!!
Did the statement representative tell you that you have the right to get proof that his/her company owns the debt they claim you owe them, and it has to be mailed to you through the USPS ? OF COURSE NOT !!!
Did the statement representative tell you that you don't have to pay anything until you have examined the written-on-paper proof that you received in your mail ? OF COURSE NOT !!!
A "voice on the phone" is not proof of a debt. An email is not proof of a debt. If they go to court against you, they will have to provide the court proof they have a right to collect the debt. You have the right to that information before they go to court. But the statement representative won't tell you that, because the statement representative won't get a commission for collecting the money.
So please, tell us what else the statement representative told you, and how they want you to pay this alleged debt they claim they have a right to collect from you.
Funny because this number is linked to a guy name Emmanuel

I've generally lost my patience with telemarketers; to be honest, I started picking up and hanging up a lot of the time. What really gets me about these people is their ability to talk to you like in fact, you solicited THEIR services, that you've conversed before and even that you are good friends. After I explain that we only run 1 or 2 credit cards a month here and that the owner is never in the office, a lot of these companies lose interest and hang up. (It amazes me how some of these people have the nerve to hang up on ME once they figure out I'm not the owner). But, I was feeling nice this particular morning and let the sales girl/guy give me their shpeel, and after they realized I was giving them a moment to speak, transferred me over to the "closer" I guess, Gabrielle. However, she required that I send over my Intuit statements which I had no time for/interest in sending. I expressed this to her multiple times, and on each one of her follow up calls, but I guess each time she convinced herself that she had "convinced" me to get around to it. Stop calling, Gabrielle, because I have no interest in acquiring your services. I picked up and hung up on her 3 times today; hopefully she got the message.
That "shared office space" is huge. Plenty of room for a boiler-room alleged-debt collection outfit.

Just got off the phone with Sekure Cost Review. Very pushy as far as sending our merchant statements. He kept saying 'send me your statement', even after I told him that I would have to go online to print them out because I never do. Told him that we process cc only 2-3 times a year and he still wanted a statement. I'm not sure if I will do it . Told him I was busy this morning (which I am) and he's even more pushy saying he'll give me an hour and he will call back. I told him call around 3, he was silent for a moment and finally agreed on the time. Strange.
And it's been three hours ... don't send him any statements; instead, ask him to mail your business their written contract so you can review it with the company's attorney, and before you send any proprietary business information to them.

worked here for a month. Here I will tell the story of the hirring to working process here. I was called at home by some girl representing Sekure Cost Review saying they reviewed me resume ( i applied using indeed.ca because the startoff salary and health benefits were attractive). They brought me in for an interview where i met the HR manager Jessie Victoria. Jessie is an oddball and a half. They whole interview this guy was talking to me fast like a coke head and was staring at the wall. avoiding eye contact with me. The interview process : asked me about my past experience 3 minutes. Spent 20 minutes talking about what the company offers and about the bonus brackets (if you hit commision in 1 department you move up to another and so on) then kept enphasizing that "closers" make over 100k a year. ok great. then they made me "call" another manager for 1 minute to hear my voice over the phone. They then hired me. I was told come in monday at 9 well train you and then youll get to work. Well Monday I meet my manager, a 23 year ols Sales Manager in charge of EMV and Promo department. My "training" entailed him going over the same bonus structure as Jessie did, showing me the program we use and then givinf me a script and telling me to go work. I brought in a few statements dont get me wrong, but i was already asking myself questions from the beginning. (the interviewer interviewing the [***] wall instead of looking at me whike we spoke) (it was to the point where i was questioning myself if i had dirt on my face or food between my teeth, im not ugly or anything to the point where you cant look at me lol) Im working in Promo section. This section we offer you your first 5000k of processing for free. The files we are given or "leads" if you want to call them that, have been "qualified" contacted multiple times and have always been a no. We are calling people who have been contacted 5 or more times over the past 2 or 3 years. When i say contacted 5 or more times I mean spoken to a rep and either postponed or sad not interested. They coukd have been called a hundred times. who knows. Anyway the whole time i was working there I was told i was giving out "too much information" when I woukd use selling points. I am a true salesman so I will put myself in your shoes and understand why you might benefit from our service or product, and then sell you whatever it is with that method combined with other techniques. Well they are so confident their way works, that the demand you just read their script word for word and be demanding and not give up. Have a rebuttle for any negative comment a merchant might have and turn it around with a "send me your statement" . The angle they have us working, is we contact you and basically make it seem like you (the merchant) have agreed to do this analysis and we are annoyed that you still havent sent ib your statement. They tell us number 1 thing is to create "urgency" but this is not what it it, because this is just creating a reason to be hung up on or worse. The opening 2 lines of the [***] script we are giving is an opening for 1 thing, to be hung up on. We are in montreal and are allowed to say this, or we can say we are in NY. Everyone of the upper management are Egoists who are full of themselves and are far from being as good as they act or think they are. Multiple times i had my manager 2nd voice a call for me and he couldnt even bring in the statement. There is no training barely any coaching or help. The only good thing i can say is the startoff salary and if you do hit your comission bracket the numbers are good. The benefits are good as well, which takes 3 months to receive and i quit after 1 month. The more you look into this place the shadier it gets. Most employees look like they are on drugs. The managers come in hung over and rattled every morning. Cocaine residue in the womans washrooms on top of the toilet paper dispensers. Gyus hanging our by the washrooms selling drugs. This place is a shitshow. The atmosphere was really cool though, music, contests. The processing industry is interesting and can be a positive place to work, If you do it the right way. and these cocky people are not doing it the right way. They hold meetings all the time because our results are not where they should be, but theb they emphasize the scripts work and we need to be verbative word to word. .... So cocky and egoistic that they do not realize their failure is a result of their cockyness and belief they are so good at what they do. Ask to be put on do not call list or threaten legal action. By the way Greg Luis is a fake name his name is Greg Mahfoud
I wrote the above /\/\ but have more : I quit this place about 1 month ago. I did start in lead generation for 1 week before going to Promo. Lead Gen and Promo and probabky pther departments do not know the truth about this place. we arent even given information about the services our company does.. We have to do our own research to see what Sekure offers.. and then we arent even allowed to tell whoever we are speaking to over the phone about our services we can only talk about send me your statement. This is so stupid because they thrive on being amazing sales peopke but this has nothing to do with sales, argue and beg someone for a fkn merchant statement. pathetic. Dont waste your time working with or for them.
