It's so bad that Sekure Card Services had to change their name to Sekure Review and Sekure Merchant Solutions but you can run away from the fact that you are a SCAM company based out of Montreal.

I own a restaurant in Pomona California and got involved with Sekure Card Service (who had to change their name to Sekure Cost Review and also use the name Sekure Merchant Solutions) and took their word that they would save me money. They showed me a detailed breakdown of my fees vs. the ones they got me.
They told me they would "shop around" to get the best rates but I learned later that they work with North American Bancard ONLY and that everything they told me was a complete lie.
The rates they promised me were simply false. They switched me from my regular account an Interchange Plus account and I'm paying A LOT more now. My transactions are usually under $10 and they slapped on a $0.25 transaction fee that wasn't explained to me. It's horrible and no one will listen to me.
When I tried cancelling they told me I would have to pay more than $2000 to break the contract. Now they won't even take my calls. I just get transferred to a voice mail. I would NEVER recommend this company and from what I see I am not the only merchant they crushed. They even had to change their name because of all the complaints.

I don't believe a word you say. You are not a REAL merchant, you are an employee of the SCAM company called Sekure Card Services which recently changed they name to Sekure Cost Review and Sekure Merchant Services. I was ACTUALLY screwed by them to the tune of $2100.00. Put your phone number up if you are really endorsing this scam company. Why not help your fellow merchant by giving a REAL reference?

Okay, we get it --every complaint on the internet is frivolous and the entire medium cannot be trusted. That's been the party line in this thread for fourteen months. By extension those who raise that very point cannot be trusted blindly, either.

Nor is this the first time you've made testy demands that we all stop trading notes and "CALL ME" instead. Perhaps you've missed that sharing of experience and information is the whole point of a site like this. One man with an axe grinder is not stopping that. Especially not when apparently some people have already spoken to your office first and now express regret they ever did. You would like to turn the focus around so that your company looks like the more wounded party. If you can't handle negative publicity without throwing a hissy fit, you might want a career change away from the service sector.

Your true problem is not with those expressions but the fact that you cannot control the public message, despite the disruptive efforts of lackeys and shills throughout this discussion thread. The Lady that called said she was calling from NY, NY, when I asked her what part she had no answer. Big red flag!
She obviously was canadian and this call center is run out of Montreal.
STAY AWAY!!!

Lets remember people that there are many company's with names that are similar.  Sekure Card may be a sketchy company but Sekure COST review is not a scam. They are based out of NY but also have an office in Montreal and both offices are obviously offering the same service. I suggest if anyone has been scammed by this awful Sekure CARD company to call  Sekure Cost Review !!!

Even better, just hit yourself in the head with a hammer because it feels so good when you stop LOL!

A REAL company wouldn't spoof their name on caller ID.  "John" from "New York" - I hung up on him.  Wish we could block more than 10 callers... but then they use a different phone number.  You'd think the legit phone companies would find a solution for these scammers...
