Anyone foolish enough to fill out online payday loan applications will get these calls, even if they did not go thru with the loan request. These people share you info very liberally.
online applications is not the only place they have gotten peoples information. I have received letters from other companies saying they have been breached and information had been hacked. So to tell someone they are foolish in applying for online loans is ignorant on your part. There are several honest companies online even though some are no good scammers. You just have to be careful where you go.
It will never happen, because our country is broke and heading to demise. The world will one day overrun this nation. They out populate us and are more educated. This country, no matter what idiot president stands up and preaches to the young people, is heading out of existence. Face reality.
Think positively. There'll be problems in life anywhere you go. Its part of life. We aren't living in a perfect world. Things will head to demise only if we let it happen. Times are tough and never lose hope. Even the poorest people on earth live happily even though they dont have much. We should never surrender to criminals. We have to learn how to substain, evolve and defeat negative forces. Even the criminals who take advantage of others have a chance to change. If they dont want to change, they will pay for their deeds one way or the other. We cant let them take advantage of us and others. Never give up.
hell if they were more "educated" they would be more convincing with their fake "american" names and their lame terms they use when they call. "downloading" a warrant? Please! even the most lame of attorneys dont use terms like that.
It's not only a matter of filling out an online loan application. There's evidence (the SiliconIndia online article of April 2008 that I keep mentioning) that so-called legit collection agencies are parceling out consumer information to these phone banks in foreign countries. The one agency mentioned in the article that I referenced is Encore but you can bet that if there's one doing it, they're ALL doing it. This isn't to say that filling out online loan apps isn't a problem. What I'm getting at is that there are several avenues for fraudulent activity here.
Hey all. My husband keeps getting these calls from a payday loan place. 203-717-4008. These ppl are so ignorant. Gives some 'AMERICAN' name and yet they have a accent that is almost not understandable. My husband seriously messes with these ppl. They get NASTY...I mean threaten to have you arrested, have the cops come to your place of employment. The last time they called, my husband said, "OK, im right here at work, so ill be waiting for the police to come and arrest me" He also informed them that we had contacted the BBB, and our local police dept, and our phone co and we have reported all the numbers that they call from and our phone now has a trace line on it...AS SOON AS HE SAID THAT, THEY HUNG UP.

LOOK OUT FOR THIS NUMBER. 888.908.7819. I THINK THIS IS A SCAM AS WELL. MENTIONED SOME LAW FIRM. AND HOW DID THEY GET THE LAST FOUR NUMBERS OF MY SOCIAL.
They got it by either being sold your information, or hacked.

Get a google voice number, and use that number to call the nnumbers being reported here in your spare time for laughs. Set up the voice mail for something humorous, like Hajii's Mortuary and Steakhouse. And make sure to post a few ads for free stuff on your local CraigsList as well, that way the scavengers looking for stuff to flip get to have a conversation with habib instead being greedy. A win win.
My son got a call from this number today, Nov 10, 2011. This man with a Indian accent says he's going to sue my son for fraud. I,m glad I googled this phone number 631-419-8050 to find out its just a stupid scam. Why cant these people get themselves a decent living and stop insulting our intelligence with these stupid scams? (the bad part is this guys has his cell number and his socail security number, at least the last 4 digits. maybe he only has 4 digits of the number. I hope so)
