they have called here for years about every 6 months i always tell them to mail me the papers but they never due. and Banks do not give out payday loans

I didn’t get a call but I got a email saying I got a loan yesday from colonial cash loan which is a lie I don’t even have a back account or anything plus Ima sick person I’ve been in the hospital so how is this so they threading me with court and all that crazy stuff What should I do

Nothing. Emails, along with phone calls, texts, and faxes are not legitmate methods of debt validation.

I think you might be a bit lost on where to actually post information for others to find it. This Topic is about "Fake PayDay Loan Collections", not about who called from the number your posting about.
