Really?! Why would criminals care if there's a pandemic going on?! That's like thinking they care that it's a holiday or the weekend or some other frivolous thing. They're CRIMINALS! If they cared about that sort of thing, they wouldn't be.

I received texts and emails from Cash Net USA. But it is a scam. They say that Jordan Loyd is general manager and Jeffrey Walker is employee.
They offered me a loan for 9000!  I had applied for loans online fir 1000 to 1500.  I never applied ti cash net loans though

I was going to call them and let them know I was onto them but decided to let the Police handle it.

First of all, do you really think someone who posted nearby 7 years ago is going to return to see your reply? Second of all, what do you think the police will do about your unwanted phone calls?

If you have the number correct, you would be the OP and I am betting the number is a spoofed one.

I received call from Sunset solutions group association they state had a complaint with my social security number. And they will be taking legal action in my jurisdiction.  I called back stated they had a payday loan from 2015 of &1000.00 from a Vin Capital LLC I informed them all payed loans were paid when done. I used to get these calls this the first in a long time. I informed them I was not familiar with this company in my Virginia area. I paid cash when paid 7 years ago paper work not kept. I told them do not call me anymore do what they have to do.

They’re just using scary sounding words to trick you into giving them your information.

I’m not even sure there’s such a thing as a “complaint against your SSN”.

I’ve gotten a couple of these calls myself. One tried to make it sound like he was IRS with a complaint about my number… and called me “sir” when I’m not male. You’d think the IRS would know my gender right?  🤣🤣

That’s my point… they didn’t really have my info. They were just trying to trick me into giving it up.

I'm getting these calls daily from so Many different scammers . The few I talked to all seem to report it as the same payday loan I paid off . It's out of control.

Why do you talk to them?  By doing so, you're giving them an opportunity to scam you.

Refuse to play by their rules, and simply don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.  Legit callers will leave a voice mail, and more importantly...legit collection agencies will usually contact you via the USPS.

They always leave voicemails ... usually robo voicemail or prerecorded with my name in a robo voice . Not sure why I pick some of them up. I get so frustrated cuz I get them all week long

They have never sent anything USPS and I will not give out any information via phone
