No physical address on the contract, no legitimate contact info, no public records of this company and the judge still didn't buy your side of it?

Unreal!  No legitimate business uses a gmail account.

I'm currently considering filing an action against them in federal court for TCPA violations.   I, like many other consumers, are tired of feeling powerless against these scam companies.

I don't remember if there was an address on the contract, but if there was I didn't manage to write it down. If one was listed, it is most likely simply a PO forwarding box like what Callerid4u has set up in Seattle. I suspect the people making the calls are located beyond American borders and while you might get a default judgement, I doubt anybody will ever be able to collect from them.

If had known how impossible locating this company would be, I simply might have argued that it didn't exist to the judge. But I had no information about it at the time I was arguing. All this I learned subsequently. There may be public records of the company's FBN somewhere, but since all FBN searches are by county, it's pretty hard to guess where it might be registered.

Maduno did get angry in court when I tried to copy down the information, which may mean it is real. He tried to instruct his lawyer not to let me copy it, but his lawyer (correctly) told him I had every right to do so. Of course, it may also mean that they have a set up like what Pacific Telecom has, where the same principals control both the call centers and the telecom.

Hey storm, when are going to offer more than merely commentary?
I've yet to read anything useful posted by you pertaining to CallerId,4u,
BIZ LOANS, or 206-397-1178?  That's what this thread is about.   Thats how I found it.  Trying to find out who's responsible for 206-397-1178. So far, it goes back to CALLERID4U and MERCHANT SOLUTIONS GROUP.

What can you add or dispute?

I see no problem with MidNyteStorm1's contributions.  Clearly Storm has an interest in the thread and is trying to contribute.  It takes time to learn all the ways to dig deep, and sometimes it is a little clue that helps you get there. So, perhaps it is you who needs to focus on the task at hand instead of picking on one of the site's newer contributors?  Just a thought.

I simply asked what he had to contribute aside from snide remarks about my posts.  I could ask the same of you lone stranger.  I've spent time researching, and actually speaking with reps from the companies involved in these illegal calls.  I post my findings and experiences in as much detail as possible, and find it laughable that some on here post nonsensical replies to my informative posts.

So, I ask the same of you.  What is your experience with CALELERID4U and/or MERCHANT SOLUTIONS GROUP?  If you've already posted your detailed experience, please link it here.  I would like to read it.  One can never have enough information.

I will continue to post my info here linking 206-397-1178 to CALLERID4U and MERCHANT SOLUTIONS GROUP.  I will no longer respond to trolling employees of these companies on here.
I intend to keep this info at the top of searches for this phone number.  I posted my links, it takes 5 minutes to read the websites.

Thanks for your input, but I could care less what you have to say.  This is my last time I'll be replying to you so, happy trolling lone stranger.

Snide?  The only posts that I see contaning snide comments are from you.  You are starting to sound just like the person on the thread that admins locked.  Are you now coming to this thread to attack regular posters who clearly are not trolls or shills?

More interesting info on 206-397-1178, which is owned by CallerId4u, as listed on the 1st page of this thread.

If you press 1 as directed by the illegal robocall recording, you will speak with somebody claiming to be with Merchant Solutions Group, located in NY.

If you search Merchant Solutions Group, you will find recent reviews and also a link to their website, which seems legitimate enough.

    http://www.merchantsolutionsgroup.com/

But, everything offered during the illegal prerecorded robocall, is listed in their corporate mission statement!
Here is something interesting, their corporation is also listed as INACTIVE with the NY Division of Corporations.

    http://appext20.dos.ny.gov/corp_public/CORPSE ... _results_page=0

Tomorrow, I'll be checking with my phone carrier to find out where my calls are being re-directed to when I "press 1 to speak to a representative" during the recording.  I have a feeling that the recorded call originates in Seattle, but when 1 is pressed, the call is redirected to Merchant Solutions in NY.  The key is to play along with the "loan rep" that answers the phone.  Pretend you're interested in their program and get them to send some substantial evidence that could be used to prove their involvement in these illegal telemarketing practices.

I'd like to hear from those out there experiencing similar calls.

Yes! This is what we need to do! We need to figure out all the stuff on are own and become detectives and collect the necessary evidence to take these companies down. It's so obvious that their participating in illegal robo telemarketing calls yet nobody does anything sadly. I am looking at you FBI, seriously why can't you take action and shut down these companies and throw the owner in jail for the harassment of millions and millions of people???

"Sigh" this world is corrupt. As a long time business owner these telarkwtinf companies what ever they are, have harassed me for years and I would like to see justice like the companies getting shut down and the owners publicly humiliated on the news before getting thrown in jail instead of just giving them a small fine and letting them start up their scam again in a few weeks.

Received 2 calls yesterday.  First one from BIZ LOANS 206-397-1178, same recording as usual:
"Hi, this is Ashley..." along with offer of $250K loan.  Pressed 2 to opt out.

5 hours later, I get a call from MERCHANT CAP 360-322-6158 with the SAME RECORDING.
I pretended to be very interested in the offer and asked questions.
    - They claimed to be with a company called "First U.S. Funding" based in Queens, NY.
    - They cannot mail a loan application, as they claim to not have a "mail department"

If you look back to the 1st page of this thread, 360-322-6158 is on the list of numbers owned by CALLERID4U.

The person I spoke with had no idea what number the call came from, and also no idea that his company name did not show up on my caller ID.  However, he did know my exact address, as he read it to me from his screen.  He also offered to print the application, and mail it on his own time.

These borderline legitimate companies must be paying CALLERID4U for this robocalling service.  Who knows, they could all be under the same ownership and/or management.

They can keep calling, I'll keep gathering evidence.

Right on dude! Keep doing what your doing! I believe in you! You will get the necessary evidence in order to shut down this evil company and inprison the evil owners! Justice is coming sooner or later and these people will have to spend a life in prison instead of having first class meals on their dang yacht which they can only afford because of their evil company that steals money and harasses people with robo telemarketing calls with crude people who swear at you when you say "no I don't want your services put me on your do not call list please"

Well, not sure if one of my complaints got through to somebody with the FCC or FTC, but I haven't had a robocall from "Ashley" since last Friday, the 12th.  That's 7 days and counting...

Telemarketers call at a most inconvenient time and they don't seem to give up.I hang up on them as soon as I know they are a telemarketer.

They called me this morning, and I simply hung up as I always do for robocalls. I have been unable to use my phone since that call. Instead of a dial tone, it sounds like the call never disconnected on their end. People who call me get a busy signal. I AM FURIOUS!! Of course, I am an AT&T customer, so I had to go to the website and navigate through NUMEROUS pages before I finally am able to file a report. What happened to being able to call from another phone to report a number out of order?!?!?!?!
