They are not "too big to fail". Also, an offshore shell corporation is not immune from prosecution or seizure. Case in point, Costa Rica company, Liberty Reserve was just seized by US Authorities, due to aiding and abetting illegal money laundering practices, as well as processing payments for known international criminal organizations.

Hello - I just started receiving illegal calls from a series of numbers that I googled and found this site.  I notice that the last posting was over a month ago...is there an update of where this stands?  These guys are clearly still in business...I am receiving 4 - 5 calls a day, and I am afraid it will continue to increase until I have to just shut my phone off.  Keep up the good work, and I'll do what I can to help, if anything.

Plugging mystery phone numbers into onsite search is a core activity here, and that will probably give you a better picture of the activity of your junky callers. Comments out in these forums are (meant to be) more like meta-discussion.

JD's blog has been dormant a few months, but illegal callers tend to move in waves and/or change direction as their critics take notice.

Got a call from Diane the carpet cleaners, from 3603226184.   Callerid4u compliance said the customer name is Teleconnect LLC.

The funniest thing about this is...They have or you have no idea what "my" company is! Let me just say..Fortune 50! So I am pretty sure we can afford this action! And asking why a high level person is getting so upset and writing here? Because I am so pissed! WE tried other channels, FTC, Nat. Do Not Call List  and so forth...Nothing! So let's go!

That's encouraging, believe me, but a bullet straight through the head of Paul Maduno, for starters, would probably be quicker, cheaper & much more effective.   As difficult as it is for me to believe, maybe these people honestly have absolutely no clue that there are some very desperate people out here, who are very near the end of their rope and really don't have much to lose, but just happen to believe in vigilante justice.  Tragic violence is going to happen sooner or later, it's inevitable.   Unfortunately sometimes it's the only way that "out of control" issues like these ever get the serious attention they deserve.   And then maybe, just maybe, after all the "experts" discuss & research & analyze it to death, our Government will wake up and realize just how dangerous and volatile this issue has become, and finally make some very serious attempts to solve it.

If you go to the FCC web site and start to file a complaint, a spoofed Caller ID is one of the topics for a basis of complaint:

Do-Not-Call
Wireless spam
Calls or messages to residential lines, business lines, wireless devices, emergency lines, patient rooms, and toll-free numbers
Calls that provide a false or "spoofed" incoming phone number on the caller ID display

If I would be scammer, I would use your information here to improve my scamming skills, so I am not sure what's here about, advertizing or real complain.

Oh, no - just giving some of the people here who have been digging into this scum's operation some additional (and newer) info.  Their touting of CallerID spoofing is a relatively new thing, and they have been busy putting out press releases via PRlog.  I've been keeping an eye on these guys for a little while now, and was just interested in helping others who are researching these guys for any additional complaints or lawsuits.

The scammers already know how to use these guys to the financial advantage of both of them.  CID4U looks the other way while they rake in the cash generated by the other illegal operations.
