I just got a call from 410-364-1895. It was a new person working to try get my credit card rates lowered.  I asked her where she was calling from and she said Phoenix.  I asked if Larry Penman was there and he was. He came on the phone and I asked him why he was calling me again from another spoofed number.  Larry and his company  LIR Group, LLC needs to be put out of business!

Perhaps you should start a TCPA lawsuit then,  You have all the evidence.  I would imagine you sent them a certified letter telling them to stop and the ignored it.  What more do you need?  Big bucks in those TCPA lawsuits, much better than the measly $1000 in a FDCPA suit.  You could also nail them under the truth in caller id act as well.

I was also contacted (spoofed number (410) 364-1895, for which I have made an entry) by LIR Group today. "Sasha" called herself a "Floor Manager", but didn't want to stray from the name "Card Services" once I learned she was in Phoenix. It is validated that she works for LIR Group, I called their toll-free number (1-(800) 983-4322, (888) 976-6694 is out-of-service), and "David" confirmed that she was on another call ("with another client").

I doubt she will call me back, but it is more names that are involved in the operation...

    Arizona telemarketing registration: http://www.azsos.gov/business_services/ts/Overview.htm

It's amazing that I haven't received any telemarketing calls today, which is extremely uncommon for a weekday on my phone...

I'm willing to bet (with the ad https://phoenix.craigslist.org/cph/sls/4845373889.html being posted 18 days ago, and having Christmas decorations on the cubicle walls) that this photo is of the operation itself. Right now I'm trying to identify the VOIP phone extension (typically that is linked to the brand of equipment they are running). Even identifying the generic music-on-hold can tell what brand, and how it is linked into the robo-dialing equipment.

Rachel has been calling me lately.  Up until today, she's been using phone numbers that show up on my CID but no name.  No biggie... just block the number.  Today, she called from a private number.  This means I can't block it.  Not sure what to do, although I think I may have some fun with her next time she calls, I was just too tired to bother today.  I'm not sure what prompted her to start calling numbers north of the border, but there are many reports of other residents receiving calls.  Didn't the FCC shake her down a few years ago?  I guess she must have found another low life sponser and regrouped.

The ("separated" after marriage) couple that was in Florida look to be unrelated to the current calls, which mainly appear to be (also assumed to be unrelated) from "Madison and Company"/"Common Sense Group" in Longwood, Florida, and "LIR Group" run from Phoenix, Arizona. Even though they can lie, I'm trying to get further details and names in both operations. "Training Day" is tomorrow at Larry Penman's "LIR Group" (whom have a goal of "improving quality" this year), I now know where he gets the trophies he could provide his drones!

This is not Larry Penman's first rodeo.  He's named as the floor manager here:

"Sasha" did call me back today, but played stupid to my prompts. I asked again why she wouldn't admit to working for "LIR Group", to which she kept responding it was "Card Services" (and actually still tried to make a sale), acting like she was affiliated with credit card companies. She rebuffed any talk of spoofed numbers as the "corporate office" was responsible, and did not respond when I asked her if they were licensed as telemarketers in Arizona.

Thanks for the good work FrankFurter! Also thanks to whoever posted the link about Larry Penman being a floor manager. That was a good eye opening article on how these low lifes run their illegal business.  Larry Penman's name also showed up several years ago on this site pertaining to a collection agency.

Neither the Siler or Penman operations have called me in about a week (other that the request that "Sasha" return my call). My phone hasn't seen that inactivity level in a long time. If I can get the "Medical Alert" group to stop that will be all the telemarketers for me (there seems to be an occasional Jamaican guy that calls me every few months saying I've won a lottery, but he is easy to deal with).

It could be that the day you talked to her, they were going by the name Quantum Group LLC.  When they called me in January that's the name they were using.

They've also used and/or are affiliated with these:

    lowermyccrates.com
    cbsnow.com
    Lindquist Tax & Account
    LTA
    Rainmaker Marketing LLC
    Sync X
    Quantum Group LLC
    Tradelines
    Credit Rehab
