- Mark| 1 replyI've been getting these calls for months now. They are too stupid to realize how things work in this country. For example, they called me and said that my driver's license was cancelled. Another one said that I was fired from my job. The hell of it is, that they have ALL of my personal information. They then called my work and my CEO answered, they 3 way called me and were talking to us both at the same time. They just happened to call my cell phone and I walked over into my CEO's office and we both started to F around with them. Luckily, my boss and I are friends, so I'm not worried about being fired for the calls. I've also insulted them in every way I can. The said they were calling from a federal court office in PA (where I live). I asked them who the governor of PA was and they did not know. Stupid [***]! Here is the latest number they called from (even though I'm sure they high jacked someone else's). (570) 437-0643. I especially like how they give themselves American names, like: Officer Jack Wilson. What a bunch of [***]! I played along with them at 1st, acting all scared and cooperative..., then I yelled "Go [removed:lang]

- Larry replies to JuliaMy daughter just called about a call from 209-498-0502 saying something about a warrant in a voicemail message. She called back and the guy tried to get her to give her SSN. Said he was with some law firm in Arizona. He mumbled it and she never could understand. She did not give any information but was concerned that someone had stole her identity.

- Not Being ScammedI got harassed today by 0000 (on caller id) and the return number is 818-659-5718. Had a back and forth of 8-10 calls. He told me that I would be arrested and due in court on May 30th. I asked him if he was in America, he said yes. Then I proceeded to say that if you were in America, you would know what May 31th was. Threatening robocall about how "the paperwork has not been returned" and "you MUST call xxxx or dial 1 to be connected with our representatives".
Dialed 1. Got more robo-prompts. They have a "Pre-legal" department. That says it all. It says they are a bottom feeder collection agency misrepresenting themselves as lawyers.

- Tracy replies to RelevantI have gotten several calls from the same guy. I just ignore the calls. But today they left me a long message. It is all a scam. They do have my information as he gave it to me in the message. I have never had a loan of this sort and will do what I have to do to get them to stop calling me. I have talked to the sherriff and they can not arrest you this is a scam that has been going on for awhile. The best thing to do is dont let them make you feel like you owe them something. People should not pay them anything. This is indians and they are working from overseas but using phone numbers from the states. They are fradulant.
