Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

This number called this morning 4 times @7:30 am,  1-877-494-7025 stated I wrote a bad check and Marshalls will be out to serve supenas within 48 hours and I will go to jail for decieiving a bank( never) and  my wages will be garnished.  I am on social secuity.  I believe this to be a scam and it needs to be shut down and those people involved prosecuted.  They have call us about 10 times in the last 6 months and they have been reported to the FTC.  I have had payday loans in the past. so I  think they are getting their info from past ones.  SCAM  BEWARE>

these people call me every day and threaten me and they actually took money out of my account as well as had all my important information.

next time they call tell them you have turned them into the FBI, FTC AG, local police and that you want an address because u are taking them to court for harassment and all the FDCPA Violations they have committed some times that slows them down, or do what I do call them like 100 times a day and give them S*!t for like a week they wont call u any more

Same story as all of you. I told them We were going to find them and the guy on the phone said " You can't find my d*ck".  Why is it ok for us to be terrorized my people from countries we throw money at. I say Forget the rest of the world, keep American money here and then lets see if these scamming criminals can afford to call us.

Wow just read the post above mine and my guy also sounds Indian and he also says God Bless and Good Luck.

My guy used to call me for a week straight and then would stop for 2 months and then back up for a week straight again. And now he is calling me and threatening my job and saying that i will get fired. I even called the bank and they have nothing on my records of this loan going into my account in any of the months that they told me. And now he is calling me from a Unknown number. Next time he calls me he will be either talking to my Lawyer or the Police. Cause this is Bs and he is threating me and my job and Im getting pissed about it.

Called 975-275-6555 wont answer just a MSG for processing department fishy, American accent.

Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have.  Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck".  Speak VERY broken English.  Gives American/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent.  ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, Mike Davis, Michael Davis, Shane Harris, Shaun Harris,John Adams, John Rogers, Eric Williams .  Threatening jail time,  “a bad situation unfolds”, court fees.  Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice."  Claims to "download" a subpoena..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse...must have my "retained attorney of record" call as soon as possible. Sometimes has the nerve to say “God Bless You” or “Good Luck”.  HILARIOUS considering I actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. I called CashNetUSA and they stated that this was a scam.  They have NO information on me whatsoever. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan or anything else....from years ago! Gave him the # to my attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate. Also give number to local police fraud division as attorney’s number.   Using female “Kim Stewart from Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm” claims to have sent legal documents to a gmail account.  So silly! Officer Chris Williams from law firm of "Cyber Crime Unit".  States supervisor will be arrested and interrogated as well!!

Have filed/reported complaint with State Attorney General's Office, IC3, Credit.com, this website, numerous other scam alert websites and anyone else who will listen, it is actually VERY comical now.  My co-workers and I enjoy listening to the voice messages or "playing along" with their script.  "We will arrest you at work." where do I work?"  "You know where you work."  Complete IDIOTS!!

funny thing when they called me they couldnt give me the number to the loan company neither and he started yelling at me! the number they called from was 3476073630 his name was mike johnson and he want almost 700 hundred dollars smh!!!

New number no message 817-231-0868.  I did a reverse number look up and it's coming from Fort Worth Texas.  Don't know anyone there.

Why don't I use the same name when I post? Because some people remind me of that time in the history of this country that if a white person defended a black person, they were called a n****r lover. Oh, and then there's that other reason-- because I CAN and it's a free country. And, the most important one? The fact that some people, with limited comprehension of the English language, misread what I say to be pro-scammer; which I AM NOT. I am also not an idiot. I also remember that this country was created by immigrants and that is what this country is all about; people coming here to make a better life for themselves. So, when people like you say "why don't they go back to the country they came from?"(the truth being that MOST of these jerks perpetrating this scam aren't even in this country). I'm sure they said that about your immigrant family at one time (unless you're Native American, which means your ancestors have always been here). Why do you need to know who I am anyway? Do you want to run my credit report or do a background check on me? Come to think of it, I don't recall "Shut-up" ever posting on here before... HMMMMM....

annoying pr*cks with Indian accents calling me saying i have a case, contact my lawyer, and all they can do is wish me good luck. told them i'll contact the local courts and find out who's suing me, and if i get one more call, i'm going to the ftc and bbb with their phone number. how can they keep gettin away with this?
