Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

206-237-0048   Several Calls from this number claiming that I owed them money for a pay day loan. Knowing that I have never used a payday loan, I knew something was up. When they were completely unprofessional right off the bat, I knew it was a scam. After seeing FBI press release on 800 notes, i confirmed my suspicions and called them back and gave them a piece of my mind. They threatened to kill me and my family and force themselves (25 of them) on my wife. Scum!

Why dont you use the same name when you post? Everyone else does.

Oh, believe me, your anger is totall justifiable, as well as everyone else that is being scammed and harrassed by these jerks. And, certainly, you should figure out a way to stop them calling forever! Their time will come some day; criminals are usually caught. One of them will slip up. The problem with criminals is that they underestimate the intelligence of law enforcement and start getting really cocky (more so than they already are), believing they will never be found. The Feds will develop something that will find them; after all, they aren't Bin Laden, they're not hiding in a hole somewhere in the desert (even thought they should be in a hole). Someday, they'll call a Senator or one of their family members and suddenly, it will become priority one for the US government. Isn't that (unfortunately) how it usually works?

If they want to call and harass me, then they can expect to get it right back. Saying the things I said in my post doesn't necessarily mean that I feel that way about their entire nation. I mean, I gotta figure out a way to get them to stop calling me for a little while, right? I am sure it probably came across like I'm a huge racist [***], but that isn't the case at all-- I'm simply giving back what they're dishing to me.

Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have.  Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck".  Speak VERY broken English.  Gives American/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent.  ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, Mike Davis, Michael Davis, Shane Harris, Shaun Harris,John Adams, John Rogers, Eric Williams .  Threatening jail time,  “a bad situation unfolds”, court fees.  Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice."  Claims to "download" a subpoena..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse...must have my "retained attorney of record" call as soon as possible. Sometimes has the nerve to say “God Bless You” or “Good Luck”.  HILARIOUS considering I actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. I called CashNetUSA and they stated that this was a scam.  They have NO information on me whatsoever. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan or anything else....from years ago! Gave him the # to my attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate. Also give number to local police fraud division as attorney’s number.   Using female “Kim Stewart from Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm” claims to have sent legal documents to a gmail account.  So silly!

Have filed/reported complaint with State Attorney General's Office, IC3, Credit.com, this website, numerous other scam alert websites and anyone else who will listen, it is actually VERY comical now.  My co-workers and I enjoy listening to the voice messages or "playing along" with their script.  "We will arrest you at work." where do I work?"  "You know where you work."  Complete IDIOTS!!

Before anyone starts ranting because I was making a statement about racism. I am not accusing everyone here of being a racist. I've read a lot of posts on this site and for the most part no one has made any remarks about Indians but I have seen a few. Those are the people I'm talking about. They know who they are. Frankly, making a remark about someone's nationality suggests a lack of creativity. My high school boyfriend once got in a fight with a girl (she was black) and she called him a "stupid honky" and he came back at her with "what the heck does my race have to do with this fight?" 'Nuff said...

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I AM IN NO WAY CONDONING THE BEHAVIOUR OF THESE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS SCAM OR ANYBODY ELSE ASSOCIATED WITH IT. Here's an idea... don't hate an entire ethnic group because of a few bad people who happen to be Indian. Do you hate all Spanish people because a few of them are drug dealers? It's perfectly OKAY to be pissed that this is happening but you can't condemn a whole nation for what is happening. The people that have been harrassing me are African American; but I certainly don't think all black people are in on this. And besides, the reason it IS happening is because cheap-a** American businesses are outsourcing work they could be giving to Americans. So I'll bet this is why a few bad people decided to try this out and see what they could get out of it. Also, that is quite a generalization saying "...which make the rest of the world hate their people so much". Some of us think beyond this and still remain broad-minded. IDK, maybe I'm the only one that doesn't let these kinds of things make me a freaking racist. Just a reminder, there are PLENTY of bad white people in the world too. Let's see; Hitler, Mussolini, Caligula, gee, the list could go on and on...I'm sure I'll be accused of being "one of these people or a complete idiot" (hello, Myah) but I am indeed white.  I just refuse to stoop so low as to believe that all people in any ethnic group are the same as a small (do you realize how big India is) group of the same ethnic background. AGAIN, I AM NOT BY ANY MEANS AGREEING WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING BECAUSE OF THESE SCAMS. I believe that it would have been far more accurate to say that the rest of the world will stereotype them. In closing, a statement was made by someone on this post regarding racism not being as big a problem as this but I beg to differ. Racism is a HUGE problem still in this day and age. But, how would you know, or even care, after all, you are WHITE. Apparently, some people have no empathy...

I called back the 760-429-2889 listed above when my boss received repeated threatening phone calls at work this morning. These f*ckoffs have been harrassing me at work for the past several weeks, in addition to hounding me for the past year or so. Anyway, when I called the number today, I made sure to tell the moron who answered that they have been reported to the FTC, and that EVERYONE knows their scheme. I also threw in the fact that it's assh*le moves like these which make the rest of the world hate their people so much.

I have managed to get all the calls to stop except one comes up 234567898, 1234567898, 11234567898 answer but no one on the other end.  Wish they would talk to me I could get them to stop to I can't go into great detail because my post would get removed but if u want them to stop calling I have called them hundreds of times for days don't hold back call them every name in the book freak out on the as bad as you can call them untill they won't answer then call from a diff number all the time useing a fake name but they do have caller id so they don't call u back.  Do every thing u can to anoy the crap out of the for days and they will not call your number again I have called a lot of numbers on this site and I do the same to every one I can get a person to answer.  Its almost relaxing in a way to get the dirtbag scamel scum a good run around and piss them off, blow up there phones

Got a voicemail message saying call back the minute I receive. So I did cause it sounded serious. This fool gets on the phone saying I owe money I will be arrested credit report reflects and goes on being an atterney and would you believe cant even provide info of person or business filling bogus lawsuit. Wake folks! I be damn...(209 757 5214 scam number for Mr John Aderson)...

Called these scammers back today at 267 217 3176 a woman answered the phone.  Told her I knew this was a scam operation and she replied "Yes we are a scam-stop calling us"    Yeah right-I will call this number back as much as I want to!!!!

New #210-704-1240. Apparently out of San Antonio TX. Here's the kicker, they are calling me regarding my ex-wife... And I've been divorced for over 20 YEARS!
