Just to let you know that I got a call from some a guy with an Indian sounding voice today. He claimed he was Officer Dan Morgan. I told him that I know all about his scam and he just started calling me every name in the book.I have three cell phones and I just kept calling him back so I could give him a taste of his own medicine. He was so angry about the 20th time I called him back. His number is 626 384 3252. I think they have this one guy calling, using different names every time.

I got a call at work one day saying I had to pay $1784 by that evening or the police were coming to get me. I initially freaked out, but then I pressed the guy who also had an Indian accent I wanted to know who I owed and why they were collecting and when I asked for my entire ss# and not just the last 4 he said I could work that out with the police and hung up. I called him back and said ok ok I can do $200 tonight which of course was fine because they'll take what they can get and I asked him where to send it. Of course it was too late to process a debit card payment (which I didn't plan on doing anyway) and I needed to wire it to a John Youngvall in Spring Lake, Virginia. Well if you Google Mr. Youngvall in Spring Lake Va. ,you find that he has a criminal record and is on parole for battery against a female and a child and he is of Indian descent. Just for giggles I called Western Union and asked what them what they thought of this kind of creditor and they said DO NOT send them money they will say lots of things to scare you.  These people still call different ones right around pay day and I just ignore them.  I too have reported them, and will continue it's a new form of terrorism people.

I just got harrassed by 619-414-1153  the same as everyone else.  They even told my employee I had a warrant for my arrest and owed money.  Neither of which was true.  How can we stop it.  Why is it so easy to scam in America.  Does our country not care?

I have got phone call after phone call from these idiots. Please call the FTC and report every time you guys get these phone calls. My most recent one is from a guy claiming to be "Brian Coleman" at phone number 1-707-723-0183. Another report was filed with FTC today

Checked a old voicemail heard a message from someone I had officialy been served and to call a 800 number how are you gonna serve someone by a phone call last time I checked it had to be in writting delievered by a constable lol dumb company if its for a payday loan they cannot sue for bad check only bad debt a post dated check is not considered a bad check and its writtin for a loan not services or merchandise that's wat my attorney general told me so untill I get something in writting I'm not calling them [***]

This idiot called me a couple months ago, called my sister and also my mother, claiming I had an outstanding debt, which I don't.  My story is the same as a lot of these posters.... so I'm guessing its the same guy.  Foreign accent, changes his name frequently, etc..  The latest number he said to call him back at was 209-790-3768, and of course, threatened all kinds of action against me.  The last time I reported him to the FTC and the calls stopped for awhile.  So, will do the same thing again.

For the past few days I keep getting threatening phone calls about some payday loan that I supposely owe from the following numbers: 8607613297 and 3472846982. These people claim to be attorneys.
They need to be stopped....
