Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

These guys are fools, and they will get caught eventually. Evil does not prevail and what goes around comes around. These guys are idiots ... they will get caught. The FBI has them posted on thier Press Release, its only a matter of time before we see them on national news in hand cuffs...LOL can't wait. They are probably in India or some place like that.

I have received phone calls from 530-554-4566.  These started on Sat (2/12) and continued through yesterday when they reached me at work and I told them that I wasn't born yesterday and knew it was a scam.  He just hung up on me.  I couldn't understand his name though, but, supposedly calling from American Law Office.  I first started receiving these calls in Dec of 2009.  That number was 875-820-6274.  I told the guy it was a scam and he said "sorry" and hung up.  The next set of calls came in April 2010 from 714-333-2917, his name was "Daniel Brown" with Williams Law Firm.  I told him I knew it was a scam and he started laughing and said "they will never be found and he likes the sound of my voice when I am angry with him"  A couple other numbers that I have written down are 310-421-9582 and 400-803-775.  I wish there was some way to stop them but I doubt there is.  Just very annoying!!!  Especially when they are calling me not only at home but at work.

I guess they didnt take this one off there list. ACS has been proven to be ficticious a long time ago.Their threats of jail are obviously significant to them as no doubt their jails are  pretty nasty and extreme. Not like ours where you at least get 3 hots and a cot. Maybe their true names are hard for them to spell so they use American names  on their list. More than likely they probably think by using American names,more of us will answer the phones and  THINK they are reputable.  Damn Fools will never get it. You cant Bull [***] a [***] !

i got several calls from 510-227-1810 saying he was from the bureau of criminal investigations and im in a lawsuit- big time scam first they need to learn how to formulate a sentence and say my name correctly. I told them i called the attorney generals office and was advised it was a scam

the second number they called from a goofy number 052497347  then they left a message claiming they were an attorney so i called their bluff and asked for the attorneys name, state he was licensed in and his bar number and advised them again that i turned them into the attorney generals office he said he was removing my number from his list  the number he left was 347-457-3020 Barry from ACS

Just to let you know they can't arrest you for not paying a debt.  In America we do not have debtors jail.  It is a scam.  Ask them to send you the "original" loan documents.  However, do not give them any information.  Tell them to send it to the information they have a file.  When you get it I bet that it will be a letter stating you owe money yet they haven't included the loan douments with your signature.  If you have any other questions contact an attorney.  Most will talk to you for free and give you a simple way out.  

Please don't give them anything.

I have been getting calls on my cell phone from a Justin Brooks.  This guy doesn't even know how to speak English and is a foreigner.  He says that if my husband or his retained attorney of record does not call him back then my husband will be responsible for the legal actions.  This guy is crazy and it's not the first time I've received calls like this.  They all threaten to have him arrested!!  Nice dumbass you can't arrest people in American for not paying a debt.  There is no debtor's jail here!!  Don't give them anything; however, I do recommend messing with them and calling them back.  They get so frustrated when you keep telling them to come get me.  They will even curse you out!!

NOT SURE IF THIS ONE OF THOSE GUYS THE NUMBER IS 760-852-7500 ETHAN HUNT SAYS THE MESSAGE IS TIME SENSTIVE ASKED IF MY ATTORNEY WILL CONTACT HIM HAS ANY BODY HEARD OF THIS NUMBER OR HIM WAS GETTING CALLS FROM 415-215-8004 NOT SURE THEY MAY HAVE A NEWER NUMBER THEY SAY THEY ARE SETTING AT LOCAL SHERIFFS DEPT THEY THREATEN ME ALL THE TIME. THEY HAVE A THICK ACCENT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND A LOT OF WHAT THEY SAY I HAVE ALL THE RECORDINGS ON MY CELL NUMBER. THEY WANTED ME TO FAX A COPY OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER TO THEM BUT GIVE ME NO INFORMATION AT ALL TO WHAT I OWE UNLESS I PAY THEM THEN THEY SAY THEY WILL MAIL IT TO ME THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING. ALSO A RICK Carter left me  A MESSAGE.

They will see you are telling the truth and shrug it off.They got all of our numbers somehow(online applications,and what not.) But dont give them what they ask for.Seems quite a few have paid them.:(
