mine has been an oficer jack gates with the FTC i call ed FTC went to local state police and contacted the fbi so i hope it gets something done.

the ftc should file about a 1,000 of these suits a day, and they still would just touch the surface of the problem.

I'm with you. Workplace violence is a bad thing-normally. In this case, it would be a win for everyone, especially the victims of the repeated attacks.These are criminals, they deserve everything they get, and personally, I hope their justice is excruciating.
Just like no one cares when a drug dealer or violent offender has a lethal accident, no one will care that these pos are gone either.

I just got a call from Rachael yesterday.  I wondered why she changed her name.  Now I know.  Fear not, Rachael is STILL in business as of 3/28/2013.

Cardholder Services may not be in business, but Card Services IS!  SSDD!

I asked the authorities for a REWARD for finding Rachael of Cardholder Services.  I told them that if we could find Bin Laden, we could find Rachael who makes 3 Million phone calls a month.  I have not heard a word from them.  I just wanted a percentage of the fine.

Same here. But I did add this message to my answering machine, and so far I have been getting a resounding click, and a lot less calls. Give this a try, it can't hurt. Good luck.

I'm sorry I/we can't come to the phone right now but you must leave a message. I/we are receiving annoyance calls and the phone company has a trap on this line. If you do not leave a message I/we will assume that you are the annoyance caller and this call will be traced.

I asked the FTC and my state attorney general for a finders fee if I found Rachel and they got a conviction.  Neither responded.

I then asked them to get a couple phone lines with numbers from my area so they could get the calls first hand.  Neither responded.

Its great they got her but I was scammed by a officer jack gates claiming to be from ftc I filed a report with them about him.
