I've received many of different calls from different numbers I called the Canadian anti-fraud centre @ 1-888-495-8501.its a toll free number.  Made my report on a different number. Turns out it was one if the biggest scams around right now. Microsoft people.  Don't do what they say. You do not have a virus on your computer...

They call me about 8 times a day and whenever I answer there's a few seconds of silence then they hang up..

Remember people if you don't know the number or name do not call them back, even if they leave a message on voice mail. Calling them back only gives them ways to get information on you. When they call just turn down the volume and let it ring, they get tired sooner or later.

Received several calls from 000 000 0000about four months ago. They started again tonight. Ansewered as I was expecting a call from my son. Did not check call I. D. Someone claimed someone was doing illegal with my computer. Wanted info about my computer and for me to turn it on. Claimed he was a U S marshal. Told  him this was Canada and to go to hell and hung up.

Getting calls from "Unknown Name #000-000-0000 yesterday I answered it. It was automated after I said hello it said GOODBUY......... Just want these calls to stop we get them all the time.

This number called me several times and never left a message.  Today I answered because I'm nearing the end of my cell phone billing cycle and I  have a lot of minutes left over.  After saying hello three times someone picked up at their end to say very fast something about magazines and multi-million dollar sweepstakes.  I said I was not interested and the line immediately went dead.  I did not get a chance to tell them to take me off their call list so I bet I will continue to get more calls from this number.  A 28 second call that my cell phone company will charge me a full minute for.
I was unemployed for three months and registered on all the job boards I found.  Right after that I started getting all these types of calls.  I kept a chart of all the different phone numbers, how many times each called and googled the phone numbers to see if it was a telemarketer or a prospective employer.  My list is up to at least 78 different numbers (11 calls from "unavailable" numbers) for a total of 191 calls.  The only calls from all the job boards I registered with were three calls from insurance companies wanting me to be an insurance sales person.  I did find a job through my own efforts but I am still getting telemarketer calls.

This # 000-000-0000 has called 7 times today

I got 2 calls from this number today, one right after the other.  Both saying they were calling from Microsoft customer service about possible problems with my computer leaking personal information to everyone/everywhere.  The second time the caller said he was "Adam Walker".  The "accent' was definitely east Indian (i.e.  not American Indian) and the rapid talking so much gobbledygook.  I told them not to call me back.  Anyone know a "complaint/wanted to let you know about this " email contact at Microsoft??

The do not call list is not anything but another waste of taxpayers money.
Maybe if you can get a recording to answer your phone with " I'm sorry but the number you have dialed has been changed Please hang up and call--- zxcxzcz ( give them the local Sheriff or police non-emergency number ) or better yet, if you know it, give them the number of you congressman--that will help more than anything.

This number calls me daily for the last week 000-000-0000 I answered and didn't say anything I heard several people talking in the back round so when I said hello everyone got quiet and a lady said I was entered to win 1,000,000$ and asked for a visa or master card # I think this number is a scam she hung up when I started asking a lot of questions but they keep calling me

You sucked up all I've put in my phone. I heard of the hacker that took a lot money from innocent people. You Google people.

This number (000-000-0000) could be ANYBODY.  It is a number that prevents you from being able to block or forward a call because the phone company refuses to accept 000-000-0000 as a valid number. As such, this number is a favorite of Debt Collectors, Telemarketers, etc...

Do what you can to thwart this number, cause whomever is on the other end of the call is no friend to you.

SCAMMERS.  I never answer names or numbers I do not recognize.  I forward the number to the fax machine.

All SCAMMERS AND PRANK calls.

Received a call from 000-000-0000. it was a recorded messaged saying my debit card was locked and to punch in info to unlock it. Hung up and checked with my bank, who said there was no lock on my card.
Banks are legally required to use there phone number on all calls.

Keep getting these calls on my Go-phone. Obviously not paying to pick those up! Thanks for info.

This is the longest list of scam phone calls that I have ever seen.  And yet nothing is done about it.  Hmmm...

In July I received calls two times from a man named Jon trying to deliver a summons. Of course the number was 000-000-0000. I have received two calls from a woman named Olivia Watson.she was also trying to serve a summons. Her last call said due to her not being able to deliver the summons, it would be considered a failure to appear in court. They leave an 855-393-3793 number at the end of call. They also said they would need my boss to sign off .
