I've received 2 calls today from 000-000-0000.  Nothing is said so I hang up.  Very, very annoying.  Has happened a few other days but only 1 call.

Keep getting calls from this very unidentifiable number. Reverse look up does not have a listing and even when I log onto my online call identifier it has no clue. I can usually log on there and find at least a country of origin.NOT this number, which means it goes through a switch somewhere and it pinging off other numbers. SO it has to be some sort of scam using variuos numbers to hide their criminal activities. I wish our phone services would listen to us and fix it to where if we can log onto the web to monitor our accounts we could have an ICON developed by a number that we can click on to stop the calls from coming through. SURELY it can be done if we can click on the icon beside a number and get the name of the company where it originates from  and  the time of day they call I case your caller ID doesn't register times. I just want it to stop but these foreigners do not have to adhere to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY rules since the calls are originating out of our governments jurisdiction. WE are stuck in this SCAMMERS hell with no relief.

Got several calls from "dell" from indian people, they say they have error reports. They get remote access to your computer and try to sell you maintenance software. They take you to dellconnect and it doesnt accept the code so they connect through third party remote and probably planted something on my pc. They have called me and my dad several times with the same pitch and today I got my first call from 0000000000

You do realize that if you are using your phone or tablet that on the keyboard the "c" is right above the space bar right? All QWERTY keyboards are like that and texting can be dificult if youhave long nails or large thumbs (no offense Jackie).

They tried to explain it as a phone dialer to save money.  I don't buy that explanation.  It's so people will answer not knowing who is calling.  I hung up on them when they didn't take no for an answer.

I just got my first call from this number on Sunday 7/27/14.  I did not answer.  T next day I got another call and they left a message:  I sounded like a voice from the islands or Africa.  He said "Hello my sister Schwoan, and then he said or Schwoanne."  My name is Joan so apparently he could not read English.  They called again this morning so I picked up the phone but said nothing as though the connection was broken--------all I heard was a lot of phones being used in the back ground.  The girl that answered said Hello four or five times and then hung up,  I also have Century Link but have no ties to either Vorizen or Comcast.  It really sounds like a scam based outside of the States.  Be very, very careful.  Just ignore and do not answer any calls from this bogus number.

Looking over seven years of reports and complaints about this "number" it's plain to me that it is a false number generated by the dialing machines used by any number of scammers.

Note: they do not have to be related; the number is a "number," so it's not anonymous, but it gives you no means of tracing back or to report to DNC, both of which are the whole point of using this particular spoofed number.

Too bad "Scam" is not one of the choices under "Call Type."

Don't you realize that this person may be a paraplegic (or other disabled) who has to use a mouth held instrument to point to letters on a computer in order to communicate? It's not easy, so making corrections doubles, or more, the effort. I hope you never have to find out the hard way.

I normally get this call on my landline .I now have unplugged my answering machine for other personal reasons so it will ring and ring , however I have just installed a call blocker device and I have blocked numbers that come in. I just blocked this number today,  will see if it works with all zeros. Sometimes I just pick it up and blow a loud whistle and hang up. But with a call blocker device that's not going to be necessary.

Caller knew my name when she called on my cell.  It was a woman with an India accent saying she was from the US Government and I had a $7000 grant due me that I didn't have to pay back.  Uh, yeah, no.  This is a classic social engineering scam.

I've gotten several a day for days. I don't answer, but I'm afraid I might accidentally.
If you have an I phone, list them as a contact and at the bottom of the contact you can block them. Problem solved!

We have two lines, I received calls at the same time two days in a row from 000-000-0000 from people with an Indian accent. They said they were from Windows Microsoft and told me my computer was sending signals with errors. I looked up the FBI number (202-514-1057)...and told them we had a bad connection and to call me back on that number.
