This isn't the site for your complaint.  If you're being stalked then you need to contact law enforcement.  BTW, if you'd read some of these pages, it's obvious that this number is being used by lots of spammers and scammers, so it may not be your family member.

I was getting numerous calls from an "unavailable" number and a "000000000" number. Both when answered are silent then hang up.

The IRS NEVER NEVER NEVER calls you.  Anything from IRS is done through the U.S. mail. Never never never answer or call back any of these numbers.  If your caller ID isn't someone you know or one of your doctors or bill collectors... forget about it.. contact the FCC and report it.

I just got a call from this number and was told by a automated voice i would get my delivery in about 45 min.
Sounds like a scam to me for sure. Caller DI was 000-000-0000

I've got several calls from 0000000000. I checked on online says it's a scam number. So I rejected the no. they are calling still
at least they know now I'm not taking the calls, I hope.

I just answered a call from 0000000000. It stated this is a final notice from the IRS. We are filing a law suit against you and gave me a number to call. I did not have a pen or paper handy I know the first 6 digits are 206-855 and I think the last four were 2833. I did not call I looked up the number and it said it was a scam.. Then I looked up 0000000000 and found your post about the IRS.  I was not sure if the IRS would call . thanks for the info!!!

Have received numerous calls from this number.  They leave no message, but they do call more than once a day.

This phone number 000 000 0000 seams to be a number that people in other countries can use to get your number to make long distance phone calls using your number.

I got a call from a 000-000-0000 number i didn't awnser it but i called it back to see if it was something to do with a work related issue with a work related problem i am not going to disclose but i am pretty sure it is this [***] claiming to be with microsoft tecnical support with a fake asian accent.

 Last time he called i had looked up his number because i was at home and straight up told him after he finished claiming to be with microsoft and I asked where he was calling from he refused to tell me and then got beligerent with me stating something was infecting my computer files. I told him " Yea I doubt that where are you calling me from r wait let me tell you your not with microsoft, stop calling me, your calling from texas." he was rather dumb founded so i told him to stop calling my number with your fake numbers and made up accents and hung up

What was the message?

they were telling me my computer was hacked and that i needed to go to their website and download something.

Got a call from an all 0's -Out of Area number.  It was Robin (with a very heavy eastern accent) saying there was a problem with my computer being infected and he could help me with this problem.  I told him this scam was on the news and that he was bogus.  Good bye!

I picked up this call absent-mindedly and got an automated message saying that I had won a free cruise trip. I hung up before they could tell me where.

I know someone who has recently dealt w/ the police, Prosecuter, and almost everytime they called their number was....000-000-0000
