Nothing to be concerned about--just phone scammers.  Read the other posts.  Do not answer numbers you do not recognize.

They dont say anything. I answer n say hello twice n they hang up

The caller, displayed on c-phone. " No caller ID. Unknown.", called my c-phone. I hardly turn my c-phone on, this time it was on & rung. I decided not to answer this no ID, no number, unwanted call. It hs called thousands people &our home phone for many years

Someone from "Microsoft" calling to assist me with my computer.  When I tried to dig into detail about what they were doing - they hung up.  Received another call shortly afterwards - sounded as though it's from the same group  ("Mike Wilson at "Microsoft") from 630-519-0000.  Definitely attempting to scam people.

Number came up on my phone but never answered it!!!!

Showed up on my cell phone the other day with a plus sign in front of it. So, I'm betting an overseas scammer. (Aren't they always?)

Have an iPhone. How do you do that? I've only had it since the end of May 2014 so I need to learn so I can teach my friend who also has one.

It's not a police number. It's actually as far as records show not an active number at all. There are apps people can use to change their numbers. We would also only ask for donations not a specific price.

Number 0000000000 is not a law enforcement number. If law enforcement call it will be either the department number or private depending on the call. Officer will ask for donations but not a specific amount most of the time. That number is a classic fake. There are many apps and programs people can use to change their caller id to anything they want. If you ever have doubt about how's calling you you can simply hang up. If they say they are law enforcement call your local police department and ask if they had called you. Theyres not really a way to keep track on this number it's used by many people offend. But it's never legit in any cases this far.

These are criminals calling to establish a pattern of when you are not home so they can rob your place.

Your in S. Korea and you know this how?  They are certainly scammers, but doubt they know where their calls are landing.

The caller, V23113184200002 ( most time it uses V = 15 digits, today 14 digit ), and phone number 0 ( 1 digit ) to call us @ 10:18, 12.31.2015. We have received many call from V123456789012345.

The caller, Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone), used to  call V23113184200002 ( most time it uses V = 15 digits, today 14 digit ), and phone number 0 ( 1 digit ) . now called us 3 hour later to call us @ 10:18, 12.31.2015. We have received many calls with no number & no ID. We didn't answer per FTC suggestion.
