Let them talk forever (you don't have to listen just put the phone down)
If everyone lets them go one forever talking, they will get tired and annoyed and call less people!!!!

Guy called from 202-351-3916 and when I told him to remove me from his list started talking with the FLITH talk, what a pathetic loser..

We are on the no call list and this number continues to call multiple times a week, even after we puch 3 to be removed from this list.
When we talk to aperson, they tell us itis threw our bank and it is about lowering our credilt card rate. We do not have any credit cards!!!!!!!!!!!

sign up for caller id and don't answer the phone unless you recognise the caller.

Why do you answer these??? Just screen all calls and ignore them.

Try blasting them with an air horn. They usually don't call back after that.

This number calls several times a day, every day. It's been going on for the past week or so.

My mother just got scammed by these people, she gave them her social, account numbers, awful! Why can't the phone companies disconnect these numbers, if they know they are doing illegal things why can't they just pull the plug!

this number keeps calling, hanging up, and not taking return calls, or calls tto remove you from the "do not call" list. they are inconsiderate, harrassing and unsolicited. they need to be stopped!! by someone, or something...

Just got a call from this number and it came up wireless caller I answered and it was a recording about lowering credit card rates. I pushed one like it asked to speak to someone. Lady talked foreign and I told her to never call my home again to remove my number and she hung up on me.

They just called me a minute ago, didn't recognize the number so I let the machine field the call.  A quarter of the way into their spiel, they hung up. Good, I hate wasting space in my voicemail on useless crap-calls!

During Memorial Day Party, this number (1-202-351-3916) calls wanting to reduce credit card rates - we are obviously not interested.  A nasty man calls back stating that he is going to hunt us down and beat us up like the dogs we are.  Then says to have a blessed Memorial Day.  We are sick of telemarketers - we tried to call the number back, but to no avail.  These animals have lots of guts when there is no way to return the call  - COWARDS!  The number of the animal that threatened us the second time came up 1-248-494-2135.  We are keeping the threatening message on our answering machine and calling the police.

Same call. they hung up. I would be very wary of pressing any numbers on the phone. They could be collecting data  from that or charging you for a call.

Monday, May 28, 2012, 12 Noon - I received a call from 202 351-3916. Caller ID showed "Wireless Caller". No message was left on my answering machine. Wondered who would be calling me from Washington, D.C. on Memorial Day. Googled the number. 800 Notes says it all. Scammers using Robo dialers. c., a party airhorn goes for $3 at walmart ? Sounds like a plan.  R.McN.

I have received the calls, finally answered and pressed "1".  The woman told me to get my credit cards and I said let me have your number and I will call you back.  She hung up on me.  They said they were from Cardmember services that help people lower their interest rate (if you qualify).
