Keep getting calls from this number.
Seems to be a scammer and have reported it.

Please make them stop.  I don't even own one credit card.  When they call they say they are calling about my credit card balance.  I just lost my job and cannot afford all of these telemarketing calls, I pay by the minutes!  Please help me...thank you.  Someone needs to stop these people from doing this...I am on the Do Not Call list and file a report everytime they call, maybe the fines are not high enough or they are not being enforced?

202-351-3916=jholes.  They've called repeatedly for days.  Each request to be removed is met with a dial tone.  I also believe they are racist.

Received a call just now. Didn't answer - no message.

Please get me back on the 'DO NOT CALL LIST.  This number has called many times.

Same question, how do you get rid of these calls?  Just keep reporting on DO NOT CALL LIST?  Like they are going to investigate them or something for real - yea!

Same robo call as described above. I am registered with the FCC's Do Not Call Registry. Useless, as this same scammer has been calling my house for years. I answered this call because it was from a wireless caller.  I just hang up. Do not give them the satisfaction of knowing you are upset with them.
I have called my congressman and state representative, with no assistance at all. Also, Verizon, our land line provider will not do a $%^%& thing at all.

Telemarketers saying they will lower your credit card debt. They call multiple times a week! When asked were she's calling from she said 'consumer service' I said 'that's the name of your company not a department of my bank?' she said 'Yes' I said 'I see' she then said 'I see? that's [***] honey' and hung up!

I got a credit card call suggesting I lower my interest rates.  I pressed "one" and asked to be removed from their list.  I was hung up on.

When I pay my visa card bill(LLBean card) I make the check out to "Card Services".  How many of you others are paying to Card Services?  If this is widespread, then maybe we should TELL the company, LLBean in my case, that we will stop buying from them if they are unable to prevent this harassment to us, it's customers.
I had already thought about telling LLBean about this but figured one voice might not be effective.

Any thoughts, anybody?

I just got a call from (202) 351-3916 and pressed "0" when I heard the message about lowering my interest rates.  When the guy answered he asked me if I would like to lower my interest rates.  I replied, "no, but I would like you to put me on your do-not-call list".  He promptly hung up.

I would like to report this person but don't know who to call or email.  My phone number has been registered on the DNC list for years, and I update it regularly, so whoever this is is clearly breaking the law.

I get calls from this number and multiple numbers with different names showing up on caller id or showing wireless caller.  They all are calling about lowering rates.  They must be scammers or they would not be changing numbers so much. I don't answer the call, but look them up on this site.  I won't answer calls from unknown or strange numbers.  If the call is important they will leave a message.

My husband's way of dealing with this from now on is to say:
"this call is being recorded.  anything you say can and will be reported to the local police dept.  NOW .. what do you have to say??"

I got a call yesterday saying that they look into lower my credit car interest, they ask me for my information unfortunatly I gave to the woman that call me, she just hung up, when I try to call back the line said the person I need to speak with is busy call back again. I hope they don,t use my information to steal my records or my money.

They do not respect "do not call" listing.  They are offshore.  Nothing works to get them to not call nor be removed from their listing.

Received call from this number at 1:40 pm on June 6, 2012.  Comes up wireless caller on caller id.  No message left.  Annoying and harassing.
