Unfortunately, who are you going to report them to.  They do the same thing to our business lines and when you call the number back, all you get is a recording that states, "The person who you are trying to reach is unavailable right now.  Try again later".  

I don't understand why people can't actually make an honest living.  It's so much less stressful!

The phone companies should be penalized for not stopping these calls?
I thought it was illegal for these so-called robo calls?

Keep getting calls. Spoke to someone today and told them to quit calling.

If you've registered your number on the DO NOT CALL List, then file a complaint. File a complaint every time you get a call and let the FCC take care of it. I used to get calls all the time from a scam artist and after I submitted 2 complaints in one week, they never called me again. Now I report every unwanted call.

got a call from these people yesterday but wasn't home to answer the call. Looks like I'll be reporting yet another unwanted call to the Do Not Call List. FYI people, don't press the #1 if they ask you too. It could be a way for them to capture your phone number and use it for other reasons. Just hang up and report the call to the DO NOT CALL LIST. https://www.donotcall.gov/  and keep reporting every and any unwanted call you get. It's the only way we're going to get them to stop calling us. Also there is another do not call area specifically for cell phones. Also be sure to tell your phone company and cell company to make sure your number isn't put on any selling list. Cable company is the worst for selling your phone number out to these idiots.

I just got the same call from them.  

1. I don't have ANY plastic at all.
2. When you press 9 and start to tell them to remove you, they hang up.
3. I'm SUPPOSED to be on the no-call list. (I know, big joke, right?) Didn't have the problem with the no-call list BEFORE Obama took over.  Now we get these same type of calls on our cell phones.

Got them to admit they are telemarketing, they say they use the Do not call list - But they don't (I am on it).

I aked a bunch of questions, and they are out of Central FL.  And the Cell Phone they called from is from Wash. DC, bad connection to.  I aksed for thier Office Phone # and he said they don't have one - Really!

Asked if he had a Cell #.... He did, aske him for the # and he gave me this 407-716-7983 feel free to call it, ask for Roy.  

Total SCAM!

These calls are likely coming from "off shore" call centers via the internet -- not being originated thru U.S. based phone companies.  But, it does seem that there should be some sort of technological based solution to block these calls, nevertheless.

I think certain members of the human species are the only ones that would sink that cowardly and despicably low, the other species all have better characters.

Not feeling well, Got up from a nap to answer this crap.  My only regret is I can't stomp them lifeless.  Bums.

Wierd but starting to get cold calls like this one and others lately.  

Total disregard about the "rules" lately or these companies are finding out ways to circumvent standard FCC laws.

I would be curious as to the source company, address, etc; best way is to deal with them directly.

When I pressed 1 I asked the lady on the phone what company was calling me and to take me off the call list. She said I could have only one of those answer, I asked why and she said because I say so [***].  she continued to yell and scream at cuss at me.  FYI, she told me my mortgage company (Wells Fargo) gave her my number b/c I make my payments on time.

I have received SEVERAL DOZEN phone calls from 202-351-3916, and every time the recorded message says something to the  effect "... your last chance to secure a lower interest rate at your financial institution...".
I have tried at least 10 times over the past year to get them to stop, but if you say anything other than 'I am interested...' they hang up, and the calls begin all over again.
I have reported them at least ten times in 12 months to the FTC and they evidently have done nothng to stop these people.
It is a good thing I am not a computer wiz, because if I knew where the calls were coming from, I would go there and do some majour physical harm to those people.

Sick and tired of 202-351-3916 calling me with their call out. When I talk to someone and ask to be taken off their call list I am told, "We don't call you your credit card company does." Well seeing how I have not credit cards that is not possible, than they hang up on me.

The Do Not Call registry can not stop these calls . The DNC is to stop callers that are trying to sell you something , unsolicited sales calls. The nuisance calls like the one from 202 351 3916 are fishing for information . Others that  claim you won a trip , or a weekend on a ship , or " We Can Lower Your Credit " bul sh** calls are not soliciting sales but are trying to con you into doing "Business" with them . The DNC people need to expand the law to stop ALL nuisance calls that are not requested by the receiver . It's junk mail calls and needs to be outlawed .
