Stop calling!!! No need... I called my bank, and they are not initiating the calls!

They have called me numeriuos times. Today i was polite and the lady i was talking to called me a faget and to get a life. How rude since they were the ones placing the call. I too am on the do not call list.

have received two calls from this number this week, one day caller id said out of area, the next day it said wireless caller for the same number.  I did not answer either call because i felt for sure it was the scammers calling again. Both times they did not leave any message on the answering machine.

I want these calls from this number to stop - NOW!

Numerous phone calls from this lower your credit card telemarketer and have not placed my number on there do not call list after repeated requests to do so.

Received quite a few calls from this number on June 7, 2012. First at 6am, then 8am, then 11am. ANNOYING as heck!

I wasn't home but came up as wireless caller...didn't leave a message. I didn't bothering calling back. Get lots of these type phone calls according to the other posts. Same scam different name and number.

I receive calls from this number at least twice a month. They claim to be able to reduce my interest rate. When I tell them I pay off all bills as I get them, or when I ask to speak to a supervisor, OR when I demand to be put on the do-not-call list.......they hang up.

Constant calls. Ext5remely rude. Hung up when I told them I wanted to be on their "do not call" list.

Received a two calls from them today, the first one I just hung up on, the second, I answered and pressed the number one to talk to someone. I told them that I wasn't holding to lower my interest rates, that I was informing them to stop calling and if they didn't, I was going to report them to the AG of Virginia, the guy on the other end said "go ahead, we'll call you tomorrow". What a bunch of [***]

Have gotten a number of calls from these jokers recently. Pressed 1 and told the jerk to stop or I would report them to the FTC. He says we are the FTC. After I stopped laughing I said YOU are the FTC. Yes he says Card Services. I told him to reproduce himself and hung up.

You should call your bank immediately; they will almost certainly steal your identity and you will have a mess of problems. In the future, if someone calls you or emails you asking for any kind of personal information, don't give it to them. A bank or credit card company will never call you or email you and ask you for that kind of information.

Proof that they are definitely not legit! I once tried to file a complaint with the attorney general in the particular state that the area code was in (that time it was Florida) and got a letter back saying they can't do anything because these people aren't even in the state and maybe not even the country. The do not call list doesn't work because there isn't any real business; they're total criminals.

BTW, the best response I got after I pushed the woman with lots of questions and finally asked her to give me a number I could call back on, she said, "1-800-f*** you!" Actually kind of made my day. :)

Just a general comment to all: the do-not-call list doesn't work with businesses that don't exist and that's who these people are -total scammers. What I finally did was have my landline forwarded to my cell and I don't answer the call, but look it up here then block the number so they can't call back.

I got a robocall from this number on my cellphone yesterday. I think it's actually a medical debt collector who chooses not to obey the Fair Debt Collection Practices act, and the CANSPAM Act (about unsolicited calls to cellphones). I started getting calls from a variety of numbers and area codes, many of them giving this same "credit card services" schtick and wanting me to hit some number acknowledging that I wanted further contact with them--all after I refused to pay some inappropriate medical bills now a couple of years ago. I found that the associated electronic medical records were altered by two different medical groups in the Washington DC metro area, where I live and this call supposedly originates, although the same robomessage has come from the Pacific northwest and other locations. I also learned that the FTC, which normally regulates FDCPA now defers to the HHS's Office of Civil Rights in both these matters. OCR chooses to employ only lawyers who previously represented insurance companies and doctors accused of malpractice and malfeasance, who choose not to enforce either the Hi-Tech Act's anti-alteration requirements for electronic medical records, and also the deceptive practices of medical debt collectors.
