If EVERYONE calls them, they will experience the annoyance that these calls create.

1-202-686-9742 called my mobile phone asking for someone I did not recognize.  I told them I didn't know who that was, and that they were calling a business (not a home #).  I told them the business they had called (mine) and they said the person they were trying to reach was in their system as a manager.  I told them I had no idea who that person was, and to put the number on their do not call list.  I said, "This is my mobile phone, and I am paying for this call."  The snide reply: "Oh, you pay for your mobile call?"  
"Yeah, it's a pre-paid mobile, now put it on your do not call list."  
My number is already on the do not call lists, but it seems that doesn't count for rude survey companies.

I got a call from this number in spite of my phone being a cellphone and being on the DNC list in addition. It was a hang up.

This person called at 911pm, asking to talk to the youngest male or female. when i said do you realize its after 9pm they hung up...

I also rec'd a call from this #, and it was on my cell phone, not my home phone!.  I also am on the DNC list for both phones.  I didn't answer it as I have a pay as you go phone (10 cents a minute) and it was a number I didn't recognize.

I have been receiving calls from this number and the caller id says Natl Rsch LLC... Well usually they just hang up, however this time they left a message.  This message has enraged me....the message they left saying that they were located in florida and that the call was about a safehouse through the police department.. That to me is worse than the scam calls they make.

Received a call from 202-686-9742 @9:25pm. My recorder picked up so naturally the caller hung up w/o leaving a message.

They keep calling me everyday and i have no clue who they are

Got a call from this number, didn't answer and no message left.  After doing research on the number, they ARE a legitimate survey company.

For everyone complaining that they are on the "DNC Registry"... the registry only applies to telemarketers (aka people trying to sell you something).  It doesn't apply to surveys or political calls (it may or may not apply to non-profits; I'm not sure on that one).

I just blocked on my Verizon block called list.

Either a survey or scam
