    Got a call from 202-686-9742 at 6:25 pm EDT today, Friday (dinner time).  Caller ID says "NATL RESEARCH".  The ansewering machine picked up; caller left no message.

    They're baaaaack.  Two calls in the past two days from this number.  I never answer a call from a number I don't recognize and, if they don't leave a voice message, they get blocked.  DNC registry doesn't work and never has so don't bother to file a complaint.
