I asked to be put on th edo not call list. A female voice kept askin gwhy, why, why until I hung up. Odd.

Did not answer but checked out # on internet. Others that did answer said woman posing as govt agency saying you have recieved govt, grant money asking for your bank account # to make the deposit. Seems like a scam!!!

They call me too from same number police need investigate this number to check what happen.

Been getting them too. I thought they were calling from Washington DC.
I let the call go to voice mail . Sounded like they were saying my name .
Have not call them back and not going too

How do I get them to stop calling?!

Called said she was from the government and I had won a grant,I said # 1 I am on the do not call list # 2 if you keep calling me I will file suit,she said what's #3 and 4 and I hung up.

I received a call about grant money from a lady, hard to understand because of her accent. Said I won grant money. I hung up. Already called me twice today. I'm at work, ain't nobody got time for that!

Got a call from this number saying there's grant money for me, for senior citizens. I said "I'm not a senior citizen"..they hung up. So they plan on preying on seniors to scam them out of money. I'm reporting to the FL Attorney General's office.

I got a call from this number today with "Washington D.C." on the caller ID. I searched for the number online and after reading all of the comments here, have determined that it's a number that I don't need to answer calls for. After seeing all of the stuff about Government Grants scams, I went to the FTC website and searched for Government Grants.

A real government agency won’t ask you to pay a processing fee for a grant that you have already been awarded — or to pay for a list of grant-making institutions. The names of agencies and foundations that award grants are available for free at any public library or on the Internet. The only official access point for all federal grant-making agencies is www.grants.gov.

They keep calling me very annoying all day long; stop calling me.

I have gotten the same call--I WON 10,200.00 that I can spend on "good" things not drugs or booze-- I have them calling me back so I can give them my bank account number to deposit the money into. I can't wait, I have several people here that are ready to take action on this call--will let everybody know when they can expect the money in their own accounts Ha Ha. My bank is loving this one of the several here to get the call back.

I recieved a call also from this phone #. Man with an accent told me he was calling from National investigation agency. When i told him there is no such agency in US, he told me to go to hell.

I just got the call they even knew my name.. once I said my name and how may I help you, they hung up. I tried callign the number back only to receive a busy signal. found this site...

Got a call from a different number - don't recall it stating I had gotten the grant, but I had to pay a processing fee. Told them no they got mad and hung up. Then started getting calls from this number and after I told them about the other call the first time they hung up. Later called me again - stated no costs - told them I was unemployed with no money - they hung up immediately.

Just received a call from this number. Call ID shows that it is a Wireless Caller. I did not answer.

I just got a call from this number and all the guy said was " wow,wow,wow,wow" I called him an a**hole and hung up on him. I tried calling the number back and it is not a working number

This guy offered me grant money after hearing him talking for 10 min and  i said how i know this is not scsm and he just hang up on me.....haha

I keep getting the same call but when i answer the lady said hi and hung up

I keep getting calls from this number every few hours.  Most of the times I just ignored the calls, but twice I had answered and the caller immediately hung up.  After the last call i tried calling the number back to get a message saying that it was not a working number.

Does anybody know how to stop these kinds of calls?  I already added my number to the "Do Not Call" list.
