They called me.  I called them back again and again and again all day. To the point where I was cussed,etc.

It is a man and a woman working in tandem.  Called them from different numbers. Hope they were agitated. Made up fake names for each call, and everytime they looked it up and the name was in the system!

Haha, at least they wish me good luck as this situation "unfolds on me"

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Now that number says I was the 15th caller and won a free cruise!  They switched the scam to this!

I received the same message as yours  on 10-22-15 from a Kimberly Brown. I even have the same case number you do.

I got the voice mail using computer generate voice (Old Radio Shack program) I got the same phone call description the same ask some other user have mention, and want my social security number and credit card number to pay for the tax that I have file wrong last couple year, or else will ask Police for house arrest.
It using 0112027414061 it is international call, and 3022690344 it is the backbone company route this call to my house. If you are using Verizon service and go to login to your account and block those number show about.

SCAM call from 202-741-4061 indentical to above info on message this is not the first time they've tried this.  I get one about once a month.   HOWEVER I never return calls from numbers I don't know about before checking with the internet to whom is calling.   Never have I ever gotten a real call only from scammers.   CHECK NUMBER BEFORE YOU CALL IT.

The FBI needs to go after these people! They told me I had a warrant out for my arrest from the IRS, US treasury office. As a breastfeeding mother of an 8 month old they had me in tears in seconds. He had a whole speech about my taxes in 2010 and 2011. I did have someone do my taxes then that screwed up some things but I thought they were refiled correctly. They said they have sent multiple letters to that person with no response. Basically, I could go on about why I actually thought for a second that this guy might really be telling the truth. My husband overheard how upset I was, came in, and grabbed the phone. When the guy wouldn't tell us what state it was in and said police would be there in 45 min he knew it was a scam. I am still shaking and we got on google and found this site. I can't even imagine if they got a hold of my elderly parents. This really is evil at work!!!!!!!

Same case number, same phone number, and threat of being arrested at my house within 30 minutes for taxes supposedly owed for 2012 and 2013.

Yes I've got an automated message in my voicemail today same number and message as yours, it shows in my caller ID Bowne Global So. I'm sure this is a scam.

I have reported this number to MCI World Communication (they are the Telco for this Number)  I am hoping they shut this number down and any other account that is tied to this number.

Just received the exact same call as everyone else from Kimberly Brown.

Very info and I contacted IRS in person and they gave me info how to file a complaint
