You should contact your phone carrier and have them put you on a more appropriate plan... Most long distance is included now-a-days...

Call from Heather at Cap Svcs wanting to lower my credit card interest rates. Typical scammer though Heather sounded kinda hot.

WTF? these morons called my home telling me about a credit card I dont even have my ex Husband went bankrupt and I was the cobuyer on almost all of his accounts so therefor I had to agree to the Bankruptcy yeah I know TMI but the really FUNNY thing was it actually said  SCAM: CAP SVCS which I found funny IDIOTS they are helping people out EVERYONE knows about these scammers they are EVERYWHERE.I actually called the broad out that called me and told her no THANKS I dont do scammers nor scams so Fukk off!

Mine also appeared as "SCAM: CAP SVCS" and I am also with Comcast. Would be really nice if they identified all of these scam calls and alerted us like this going forward!

I just recieved this call, and like another person on here, was hung up on when I wouldn't provide my credit card number. I called my credit card company and asked them if it was from them. They said it was not!!! DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

The funny thing is that as soon as I hung up from my real credit card company, the fake one called apologizing for "being disconnected". I told the man that I know he is a fraud and that I would not be providing him any information.

BTW The phone number they called back from is 406-224-9078.

the caller id here came up "SCAM:  CAP SVCS"  Maybe a good hacker got into their system and added the "SCAM"

Called and actually left a 30 second message that began with, "There is no problem currently with your account, but it is imperative you call back to lower you interest rate..."  At that point, I stopped, deleted the message and blocked the number.

Since everyone is always complaining about this telemarketer, why isn't it that the FCC isn't doing something about it? I've filled out the FCC's complaint form many times yet nothing is done.

Did not answer as was unfamilar with this called..I will be sure NOT to answer furture calls

Telemarketing scam, claiming to lower interest rates on credit cards that I don't have.
The Caller ID tells the truth, " SCAM: CAP SVCS".

I wish I could call them and run my own scam..

The FTC has a task group pursing scam callers. And this number is a spoof used by a scam. Report numbers to 877-382-4357. Scammers do not pay attention to the DNC list. The sooner you report it, the sooner the calls stop.

Got a call from this number last Friday. When I showed some suspicion the lady (who was very hard to understand due to her Indian accent) kept telling me that I could "trust her" (which in itself raised a red flag).  She had the first 4 digits of my credit card and kept asking me for the rest of the number.  I kept telling her that if she really had all my information on her screen like she said, she should be able to tell ME what the rest of the number was.  She kept fumbling and started throwing numbers out there that were wrong.  After a while she obviously got very annoyed with me and I ended the conversation by telling her that I would call my credit card company directly to ask about a lower rate. Glad I listened to my gut feeling .....

When I informed them I was on the do not call list, I was threatened with bodily harm. and lots and lots of fowl language.
The also said they could break the law anytime they wanted and threated to call at all hours, I have been receiving these calls for over a month now.
Please, Please make them stop.

They have committed a felony by making these threats.  Report this to both FTC and FBI.  A threat by someone that has your identifying information is a very serious matter.  I don't know if the FBI would raid this place, but the threat justifies doing so.  If they get enough reports, they might actually do it.

Who is this number and what do they want?

Got a call at aa:12 am on 4/17/12 that said SCAM:  CAP SVCS 206-445-6131.  Did not answer it
