I pressed one to be connected to talk about the "credit problem", and they hung up.  I guess they haven't figured out that part of their scam.

"Heather" using her recorded voice explained that there are currently no problems with my credit card accounts BUT... it's crucial that I call immediately in order to lower my interest rates.

This is obviously bullcrap since I have no outstanding balances on anything and pay no interest whatsoever.

Isn't this $hit supposed to be in violation of FCC rules?  Is there anyone trying to enforce those rules?

Somehow the rogues of the world have found my cell number. I just add them to my contact list and give them a silent ringtone. If they call again, at least I have the satisfaction of knowing I ignored them.

Recorded message that there is no problem with my credit card acct (which one?) and to press 1 if I wanted to lower my interest rate.  Came up on Caller ID as:  SCAM:  CAP SCVS 206-445-6131

Called and left no message. Added it to my phone contacts for "spammer" (I've got about 20 numbers in that one contact). I have that contact sent straight to voicemail with a silent ringtone.

No ID - did not pick up and no message left

Got a call from (206) 445-6131 today.  My phone service is provided by Cox Communications.  Caller id displayed

WHY DO WE LIST OUR NUMBER ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  IT MEANS NOTHING SINCE I STILL GET CALLS LIKE THIS ON MY CELL AS WELL AS HOUSE PHONE..

I TOOK THE ADVICE OF SOMETHING I READ ON LINE THAT SAID TO :
 
    ADD THE PHONE NUMBER TO YOUR CONTACTS--BUT RATHER THAN A NAME TYPE IN DO NOT ANSWER and anything else you want to identify the number to not answer.

Different numbers, same robo calls. Credit cards and security systems.

Caller ID said SCAM: CAP SVCS

Same as Jules, at 9:25 AM. East coast Florida. someone go turn that machine off.

Why do you type in all caps. That's considered yelling. People on here help each other. We can't stop people from calling you.

Don't answer calls you don't recognize otherwise they will continue to keep calling you.

Called April 10th at 10:00 AM. Caller ID only shows as "

Harassing calls from this number.  "CAP SVCS".

I want the calls to stop!

Thank you for mentioning that, if you call back, there's the option to be removed from their list - that's helpful. I just called the # back, fingers crossed they actually take me of the list.

206-445-6131 CAP Svcs called me today.  
I selected option 2 to be removed, got a live person who wouldn't provide a name, only kept talking over me about lowering my rate on credit cards.. Finally I demanded he stop calling me, that I was going to file a compklaint...he then said. "You are a [***], "you are a fcking [***]",
My carrier CENTURYLINK COULD NOT HELP ME in tracking that phone company where this land line is from in the Seattle area.
They offered to - get this - put a "complaint"  ON MY END that I've received this call..... so WHAT GOOD DOES THAT DO ME?????   I KNOW about it, because I"M THE ONE WHO"S COMPLAINING!

According to CENTURYLINK, there is no aveue to file complaints.  Thanks for nothing!

Robo call that came up on caller id as SCAM: CAP SVCS as others have reported.  We're with Cox though, not Comcast.

Caller ID showed "SCAM: CAP SVCS"...for reals...didn't answer the call.

noticed others have mentioned which carrier they have...we also have COMCAST.

Called me. Did not answer the call. They did not leave a message. Another Scam Call.
