For anyone that is interested in knowing an address on Central Asset bureau it is:

    1100 NW Loop 410 Suite # 704
    San Antonio, Texas 78213
    Phone No: 210-892-1308

Just so everyone knows I've consulted an attorney and I was told after these people called me
that everything that they are threatening is illegal! They can't threaten much less carry out
any of their threats. You can send them a certified return receipt requested letter explaining
that you do not owe this debt and that you have been informed that all their threats are illegal
and demand they immediately cease and desist all further efforts to contact you and or anyone
else to collect this debt. You inform them that any efforts to do otherwise will constitute a violation of the fair debt collection practices act and that you will report each and every violation to the federal trade commission. Each violation carries at least a $1,000.00 dollar fine, so you would expect that this letter should be the end of the problem for you.

These people called me at work. They stated that I owed a payday loan from years past. They told me that they are issuing a restraining order, and a physical subpoena. That would be served to me at work. They want an immediate reaction. They state that penalties, fees, etc. have been added. Be careful.

Thanks for the great info. I will be taking your advice. These people called me at work to threaten me. I told them I didn't owe this and they still kept up with the threats. With your advice, I'm sure that they won't be calling me back again.

Got call from these creeps less than fifteen minutes ago, with their number masked. Would not give any personal info to female caller so she tells me will send subpoena to me at place of employment, which is totally different from when any PDLs were incurred. Told caller to go ahead and do that. Caller called back within one minute.  Told caller, same female, that a call this quickly after the first is the definition of harassment under the FDCPA--to which she replied "I don't care". And told me she would send physical subpoena and r.o. to my employer address. Again, told to just go ahead and do that and laughed. These people are frauds,

I got the same Special Agent, Amy Stewart.  I've been dealing with these stupid idiots for years!!  I just ignore them because one, they have my old bank information so they can't get anything from me and two, they have my old employer.  So they only reach me on my cell phone.  Problem is, now this one got ahold of my parents, who are scared to death that there is something going on with me.  I HATE that they involve friends and family in these things.

I got a call from this company, unavailable number, and they told me I had a restraining order pending against me and that I needed to call 210-892-1308 or I would be served a physical subpoena at my place of employment.  The woman gave me a case number and said I needed to call, they would ask me some questions (probably my ssn) to make sure I was the person they were looking for.  When i prompted her for more information, she just said, "you just have to call the number!"  and then hung up on me.  I am not calling the number and they can kiss my A#%!!  It is an identity theft scam, I am sure.  I am going to report this to whoever I can find to report it to.

I received a call from a Mr. Milligan today on my cell and at work claiming there was a ro against me and he asked me if I received my subpeona yet.  If not it would come in 3-5 business days.  I said you are breaking they law and he said it was my problem prove it.  I think at this point we should start a class action suit against these people to make them stop - this is against the law.  Don't give them any of your information it's a scam.

I received a call from the 210-892-1308 number yesterday at 9:31 AM.  I was away at the time.  A message was left saying that I was the subject of a court action/restraining order.  Since 210 is the area code for Texas and I live in Florida, this is obviously some kind of scam.

i and my daughter both received phone calls from County Legal Services.  refused to give either one of us any info but said a supeona had been taken out in my name and listed my ex husband of 12 years ago and my daughter as well.  no info was given to us and we were told to call 888-760-6957  x312
i and my daughter both called this number and they were very rude and abrupt and said a $300 loan was taken out in my name in Nov 2009 and i never paid it back.  i asked for documentation and my info and was told i would be emailed but no email was sent to me.
i told the rude woman that i knew this was a scam and how did you get my info and my daughter's and that nothing from 2009 would have either involved my ex husband since we were divorced 12 years ago.
she said she didn't have to tell me anything because "people should pay their debts
    "

Just got off the phone with these fools.  DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY.  Here is how you handle it...
Call them back, give them the affidavit number they provided to you.  When they start discussing the issue with you, tell them that you are envolking your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g section 809(b) and that you will need their address to send the debt validation letter as required by United States Code.  Then send them the letter, certified mail return receipt, and that will end all of the harrassment that these people are doing to you.  A google search will provide sample debt validation letters to use.  If they continue to call you after the post office has delivered the letter, they have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and owe you $1,000 for each time they call or write to you.
I handled this call this afternoon from them and explained my rights under FDCPA, and they wanted to argue that the law "won't help as it doesn't apply to them".   These people are idiots.  I will be sending my validation letter tomorrow!  Make sure your letter contains a clause that they have 30 days to respond to you, or they must, in accordance with FDCPA erase any and all of your information from their "systems".
It's time that American's started to take back our banking and collection systems from these crooks.
