- MichelleMy story is the same as all the rest, here. You know, venting is great, but I'm so tired of the calls and more so, getting hung up on and I just want it to stop. I've seen a couple reports of people calling an 800 for Dynatech to get the calls stopped. If anyone has had success in doing this, please let me know. I work for a Christian company and can't speak my mind to these people while I'm in the office, but I'll be happy to call them after work and let 'em have it!

- TAC1508A lady called me today from this company. Was very pushy in trying to get me out a new catalog and free sony clock radio in celebration of their 25th anniversary. She also wanted to send me 2" clear packing tape and I asked her if I would be billed for these items. She says not for the catalog or radio but a PO number may be sent for the tape. As i promptly told her I do not wish to be billed for anything she immediately hung up.

- FRSome rep named Lyna called for shipping department and employee who no longer works here. They sent us 96 rolls of packing tape back in the fall, and then hit us with a bill for about 600 bucks. Of course, nobody here was going on, especially when the person they claimed to have ordered it on the invoice no longer worked here. We received the package and made the mistake of keeping it, and should have returned it to sender. But there's no way we are paying a ridiculous amount of money to a scum of a company that makes its money off of deception.
They can come and get their tape back, they are not getting a cent out of us!!!!- Caller: Dynatek
- AUGMANRude guy calls from Dytech or something like that, and said he was sending me out amy new catalog for my shipping supplies, I asked him if he was a regular vendor, he said yes, I replied no you are not and before I can finish he hung up. What a waste!

- NY Distribution ManagerWe have had quite a few run ins with these scumbags. First time, they sent us 96 rolls of tape "authorized" by someone who didn't work here any longer. Another time they called the receptionist, got our company Presiden't name then called me saying he was a personal friend and that our president had authorized this shipment ...they used the dead brother with a warehouse spiel that time...they just called our receiving supervisor with the same b.s. and got hung up on. I would love to step on their throats. Tried calling all of the #s on their website which are all busy..I am sure not with customers ordering but with people like us who want to give them some NY Street Justice.

- kmjJust got a call asking for our shipping department for a name for a delivery. When I asked who the package is for he said he couldn't give that out, then he said they just updated their records and he didn't have it, so he would check "downstairs" and call me back - after I told him three times I would not authorize any delivery of any items to this address. But I did offer to let him talk to the person that ordered from him --- funny he didn't have that.

- Byron ProductsThese people from Dynatek are lower than scum - They sent us an unauthorized shipment for over priced packing tape - we paid the invoice just to stop the harassing daily phone calls from "collections". Less than a month later we receive another invoice for double the amount of tape than the last - We will not be paying this invoice - EVER!
I also love that when you search the company name, there are so many fake positive reviews - It makes you sick. Someone is actually being paid to do this, with the $ thay steal from legitimate companies everyday.- Caller: DynaTek

- Get your facts straight. There is not a Do Not Call List for businesses only private residences. You think companies that generate their own business are being fined $11,000 per incident? Yet they remain in business? Get Real.

- JulesWell apparently these people are still around becuase I received a call from Dynatech today - same spiel they asked for the shipping department and I told them I could help them becuase we don't have one and he said he wanted to send me a free radio and a catalog and aasked me if I had a pen to get my confirmation number. I asked him if we had purchased from them before and he said that he could not verify that but they had been in business for 25 years. He said he would send me some 2" packing tpae and a ctralog and that would lock in my prices for the next two years. When I asked him how many rolls of tape he was sending he said 96 and I gasped. I told him we would never use that much tape. He said that he could only break it into half and I cut him off and told him that I did not have the approval for that kind of shipment and he asked the name of the person that did and I told him that our vendors have to be approved through our corporate headquarters in Seattle and he said thank you and hung up. I immediately looked them up on the internet and sure enough it was a scam. A bullet dodged on that one.
