    Have had it with Dynatech!!!
Call Patty @  800-960-1138 and tell them you are reporting them to the FTC and working on a class action. If everyone would file a complaint with the FTC, we actually put these guys out of business. The fact that our Trade Commisions allow this company to continue to operate is an absolute outrage. Call your lcal radio stations and see if we can expose these people to the masses and get some action.

Same here. I just get a busy tone when I redialed the phone number that came up on caller ID. Maybe someone should do it right back to them and see if they get hustled? Called the 800-960-1138 number posted by another person and spoke directly to Patty. She verified that it was indeed Dynatech, but was still looking for an address, PO, name, etc so that she could take us off the shipping manifest. Obviously Patty was still fishing for information that I would not give to her. Panic set into her voice and she quickly tried to end the call. Something definitely has to be done about these toolboxes.

Claims to be from Dynatek and wants to speak with the shipping department or shipping manager.  I told them we didn't have that department if I could help, he said he needed to speak with a manager to be able to send out a catalog, I again told him that there wasn't a shipping manager and he hung up.  When you try to call the number back it's a fast busy signal.

This jerk called and asked for the shipping manager.  I told him that I am the shipping manager and he hung up on me.  What?  Because I'm a woman I can't possibly be the shipping manager?  Well, I am.  Eat slugs.

I got a call from Dynatech yesterday afternoon, they offered the catalog and said something about tape. I don't remember the woman's name, but she said it was their 25th year anniversary, so I'd be getting a free radio. It didn't click with me yet, because we order tape frequently where I work...I just couldn't remember where from. So I verified our address and told her my name, and she gave me a code that I'd need for the radio.

LUCKILY, they called back today to verify and I got the name of the company today (she was talking fast and illegibly yesterday) So I googled it and stumbled upon this. I swiftly called the woman back and told them I wanted the shipment cancelled. Has this worked for anyone yet??

((P.S. I tried calling the 800 number on my cellphone and they hung up on me first, now it's just a busy signal))

I'm all for someone holding a job, but for God's sake...mow some yards or something. Scam artists like this really just piss me off. Especially since I'm just filling in for someone who's on vacation!!!!!

Just received a call when guy told receptionist he had questions about picking up a shipment. He wanted to confirm our address to send out a catalog. Told me I would recieve a radio as a thank you. Also said he was sending 2" packing tape. When I asked if we had to pay for the tape he said" Of Course- nothing is for free" so I said we are not interested. He said pricing would be frozen to last years prices and this time when I said were don't want his tape he hung up on me.
I have notified the shipping dept. to refuse anything this Company (Dynatek) may send us.

I've know about these scumbags for a couple of years now ,and ALWAYS hang up on them after telling them we are not interested. Seems they've changed their mo now... I just got a call from a guy named "Nick" who asked for shipping. When I asked him the company name he was from he said "DTI" and said it was regarding a load that he was picking up. I transferred the call to my shipping dept and told the girl back there that it could be a salesman as she had no knowledge of any pick ups this afternoon. About ten minutes later she called me back and confirmed that it was a salesman from Dynatech, but that he was going to send her a clock radio. My heart sank as I knew that this was a line they had used on others. When I asked her if he was trying to sell her tape, she said yes. OMG - we got taken! After reading another post we found that we could refuse the shipment by looking at the number on the package to identify it as being from them. PLease learn from our mistake...even cautious mice get caught ion the trap eventually!

I got the same call. He asked for my last name for a new catalogue, then with something about a tape order, and when I asked him no orders allowed over the phone, he hung up on me.

I wanted to thank you for the 800 number, it worked! asked the Patty not to call my company any more or I will report.

I just got a call from Dynatech.  The first words I heard were, "He should go back to golf."  For the record, Tiger Woods just announced he would play at the Masters so I'm sure that's what he was talking about.  Anway, he asked for the shipping department.  I asked him who he was and he said a name (I don't remember) with Dynatech.  I said I could help him and he told me, "No you can't.  You're not my contact."  I asked him for the name of his contact and he just kept repeating "shipping department"  and telling me I wasn't his contact from last year.  Of course I asked him how he knew I wans't his contact since he didn't know my name and wasn't able to give me a name.  He asked one last time, "Will you put me through to your shipping department?"  I said, "No." and he repeated it back to me surprise and said, "Ok." and hung up.  I'm really not the shipping department (not that it matters), but we are a small company and had he called 15 minutes earlier, I wouldn't have been there to answer the phone so the shipping department would have answered herself.  He would have gotten just as far with her though.

I just received a call from an unknown number and yet again they switched up their name from Delta Supply to Dynatech. A man named Jim called and said they were celebrating their 25yr anniversary and was going to send out a free clock radio along with some catalogs. BS BS BS

Why are they still allowed to conduct such calls and still be in business is beyond my imagination?

Once u ask for their address or phone number they simply hang up. I had not received a call from them in about a year or so and yet got a call this morning...

Has anyone informed the Better Business Bureau to report this scam? Does anyone have an address of this company? If so post it....
