Scam! Criminal caller! # 213-985-0858

Didn't answer unrecognized number...like always; no voice message was left....like typical scammer/spammer.

Call came in but the caller ID on my screen was "Scam Likely".  I have an android phone, not sure if this is google tagging it as a scam, or someone else.  Tried calling back using *67 and it just rings busy.

Have never received one of these calls from 213 area code - Los Angeles -  until now.
Natural disaster has recently devastated the community in which I live and these scammers may be trying to take advantage of people in shock and in search of hope right now.
If so...there are no words to describe them...
